Kyle stormed down the hallway with long angry strides. Andrea had to lift the hem of her gown and break into a trot to keep up. He snapped his fingers imperiously at one of the more visible guards that dotted the mansion. She didn't hear what the man said in response to his radio because they were already headed towards the main staircase.
The McLaren pulled up just as they reached the doors. The valet lept out and ran around, but Kyle was already at the passenger door, opening it for Andrea. Once satisfied she was seated comfortably, he moved to the driver's side, pulling off his tailcoat and tossing it in the back unceremoniously as he entered.
