"I have information that may be relevant to the case," Hawke said.
There it was. Andrea had suspected this might be what they were working towards.
She let go of the door handle and stepped over to take a seat opposite Hawke. She pulled out her phone and placed it pointedly on the desk, setting the audio recorder running.
"Then by all means, Mr Hawke, please tell me all about your information."
Hawke eyed Andrea's phone, the ticking numbers and scrolling waveform demonstrating that it was recording, ready to electronically document everything he said.
"Is that really necessary?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.
