Dominic was either being unfailingly polite, not wanting to allow himself in without an invitation, or he was just unused to law offices without receptionists to escort visitors and introduce them. Andrea put her phone down on the desk and paused the playback while Kyle stepped over to fully open the door for Dominic.
"Good morning, Ms Mason, Mr Wynn," he said, nodding to them both. "I hope I'm not interrupting anything?"
"Not at all, Dom. Come on in," Andrea said. "Was there something you needed to talk to us about?"
"Well, more to you, Ms Mason," he said, glancing at Kyle. "I thought the matter somewhat… delicate, and better handled in person than over the phone."
Kyle made the subtle Is that okay with you? Andrea indicated that she was fine. As skeptical as she'd initially been of the signals, they were quite useful.
