"So that's our killer?" asked Kyle, leaning over Andrea's shoulder.
"That's right," said Andrea, zooming in on the frozen image of the man crossing the Castilian lobby on her computer screen. The new footage the police had acquired from the Castilian security for the days after the murder had been waiting for them when they arrived at Andrea's office that morning. And the detectives had graciously included timestamps where their suspect showed up.
There was, unfortunately, not a lot to see. Much like the footage from the hospital parking lot, the figure was nondescript and was wearing a baseball cap that he kept angled in such a way as to shield his face from the camera.
"He must have known where the camera was in order to avoid getting caught on film," observed Andrea. "And if our guess is right, he didn't even expect us to be looking at this footage, but he concealed his identity anyway. That's definitely an indication of a careful professional."
