"A-Alex?" Muttered Vanye softly in surprise as she raised her head and glanced at Alexander, who protectively stood in front of her.
"Tch, who the fuck is this? Ahh, a Human? Hehehehe, I didn't realize you enjoyed the company of such inferior creatures, though I shouldn't be surprised when it comes to a wretched like yourself." Remarked the man angrily, grasping the hilt of his sword, only to faintly grin while chuckling in amusement as he stared at Alexander before looking at Vanye.
"Listen, I don't know who you are, nor do I care, but leave this place. I don't want to force you." Stated Alexander sternly with a frown as he slightly lifted his head, staring the man in the eyes, who sported a wicked smile before laughing in amusement.
"Alex, y-you don't need to, j-just stop, I-I will handle this." Said Vanye softly as she grabbed Alexander's shirt, trying to pull him backward, though he didn't so much as budge an inch.
Swatting Vanye's hand away, I narrowed my eyes at the man, who finally stopped laughing, only for him to swiftly unsheathe his sword before stabbing me in the stomach, the tip of his blade nearly reaching Vanye, who was behind me.
"Tsk, I do not speak to you, pathetic human. I hate it!" Stated the man with a sinister expression while pushing his sword deeper into Alexander, who faintly smirked.
"I've never felt joy in killing someone, and I doubt I will with you, but I for sure won't feel that bad." Said Alexander with a faint smirk as he eyed the man, who gnashed his teeth while pushing his sword as deep as possible into him.
His sword digging into my stomach hurt like hell, so I didn't want to prolong this any longer than I had to; punching the man in the fast, forcing him to take a few steps backward while his sword remained within my stomach, I grabbed the hilt and slowly removed it from my body, heaving a sigh of relief in the process.
"Haa, that feels so much better." Muttered Alexander softly with a small smile, his words causing both Vanye and the man to gaze at his wound, only for their eyes to widen slightly in surprise.
"S-So that's how he survived. Amazing." Muttered Vanye with widened eyes as she gazed at Alexander's wound, which rapidly closed, healing itself with immense speed.
"W-What the? I-Impossible. G-Golden blood?" Said the man lightly as his eyes darted between Alexander and his sword, which was coated in golden blood.
Shifting my focus back to the man, I promptly took a step forward, causing him to gnash his teeth before turning around and dashing away, which slightly surprised me as I wasn't expecting such a reaction from someone like him. However, fleeing from me wasn't exactly an easy thing, and before he could vanish into the forest, which would've mattered little thanks to my special eyes, I appeared right in front of him, having used [Teleport] to do so.
Elves were agile by nature, so the man was able to stop himself before hitting me, though he wasn't able to dodge his own sword as I thrust it into his chest, stabbing right through his heart while part of it exited from his back.
"Eh, why aren't you dyi- Oh, it must've been my blood coating your sword. It's healing your wound; huh, my blood really is amazing." Said Alexander in confusion as he stared at the man, who was slowly backing away, only to snap his fingers while opening his hand, summoning Zartha as her hilt formed within his palm.
"A-Alex, s-stop, d-don't kill him!" Yelled Vanye anxiously as she dashed towards Alexander, yet she was too slow, his greatsword decapitating the Elven man.
"Eh, t-too late." Said Alexander awkwardly with a small smile as he retracted his blade, the corpse collapsing onto the ground while the head rolled until it hit a tree.
"C-Can you bring him back to life!?" Exclaimed Vanye with hopeful eyes as she grabbed Alexander's shoulder, only for them to be dashed from his head shaking.
"I-I don't know, but I definitely can't bring him back after he suffered an injury like that." Replied Alexander lightly as he reabsorbed Zartha into his body while staring at Vanye, whose expression worsened by the second.
Vanye didn't say anything more and simply glanced at the corpse before crouching down; although her ever-present helmet blocked most of her face, the sniffling and trembling of her body was more than enough for me to know she was crying, and that made me feel much worse than killing that man.
'T-This isn't good.' Thought Alexander with an ugly expression as he glanced between the corpse and Vanye, who had removed her helmet, wiping her constant tears.
At this point, I had no idea what to do, so I just stood still, waiting for her to do something, but after ten minutes, when she finally stopped crying and wore her helmet once more, she didn't say anything; she simply walked back to the cabin, leaving me and the corpse alone.
"Oh, I have a feeling, I really fucked up." Muttered Alexander with an ugly expression as he raised his hand, summoning a fireball that he used to burn the corpse.
Once the corpse was burned to ashes, I created a gust of wind, scattering his ashes throughout the surrounding forest while returning to the cabin, cleaning any of the blood I found.
Closing the door behind me, I looked around, yet Vanye was nowhere in sight, causing me to sigh as I realized the severity of the issue continued to grow.
'M-Maybe breakfast will cheer her up?' Thought Alexander in uncertainty as he donned his apron and entered the kitchen.

"Mhm, this is delicious, Alex! If I were a woman, I wouldn't hesitate to marry you!" Stated Vanimo passionately with a smile as he glanced at Alexander, who nodded with a twitching expression.
"T-Thanks, Vanimo." Said Alexander softly as he glanced at Vanimo, who replied with a smile while shoveling food into his mouth.
While I appreciated Vanimo's words, my main focus was on Vanye, who was eating my food. She didn't seem to be enjoying it in the slightest, which caused me to inwardly curse myself since my food almost always improved someone's mood.
'Oh, it's worse than I thought.' Thought Alexander as he aggressively rubbed his face in frustration.
Clearly, I royally fucked up with killing that man; now, the only thing I could hope for was if I could somehow fix whatever I did.
"Mhm, and this drink! It's also delicious; did you make this?" Asked Vanimo curiously as he downed his cup before pointing at the pitcher, which contained golden water.
"Y-Yeah, I-I guess you can say that. Here, let me pour you some more." Replied Alexander with a faint nod as he leaned forward, grabbing the pitcher just as Vanimo did so.
"No, it's fine, I can do it myself." "Are you sure? It's a little heavy." Said Vanimo and Alexander, respectively, as the latter hesitantly released the pitcher while the former nodded.
"Um, no. But, I'm feeling good for some reason, so I think I-I c-can d-d-do i-" Replied Vanimo with an awkward expression as he promptly lifted the pitcher, only to struggle with all his might, causing Alexander to chuckle.
I was about to assist Vanimo, but before I could, he lost his balance and fell onto the table while the pitcher spilled all over Vanye, which caused her to momentarily freeze as she reminded me of the calm before the storm.
"Ouch- s-sorry, Vanye." Muttered Vanimo softly as he rubbed his head before glancing at Vanye, only for her to stand up while clenching her fists.
"Leave." Muttered Vanye softly as she lowered her head, suppressing the burning rage deep within her heart.
"Eh, I-I'm s-sorry Vanye, I-I didn't mean to." Said Vanimo apologetically as he looked at Vanye, only for Alexander to sigh deeply with a nod.
"I-I understand. I-I would also like to apologize for my earlier actions; I-I just wanted to help; I-I didn't want to cause h-" Stated Alexander softly as he stood up and glanced at Vanye, his words seemingly tipping her over the edge as she violently gnashed her teeth.
"Help? HELP!? YOU'VE DONE NOTHING TO HELP ME! EVER SINCE YOU FIRST APPEARED, YOU'VE BEEN CONSTANTLY BUTTING YOUR NOSE INTO MY LIFE! EVERYTHING I'VE WORKED FOR HAS BEEN THROWN OUT THE WINDOW THANKS TO YOU, AND YOU CALL IT HELP!? FIRST, YOU RUIN MY JOB, THEN YOU PREVENT ME FROM WORKING, AND FINALLY, YOU KILL THE BOSS'S BROTHER! HOW THE FUCK DO YOU CALL ANY OF THAT HELP? IF YOU WANTED TO HELP ME, KILL YOURSELF SO I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT YOU FUCKING MY LIFE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!" Yelled Vanye in pure rage as she glared at Alexander, her sudden outburst surprising everyone.
"I-I d-didn't-" Said Alexander weakly as he lowered his head in shame, only for Vanye to forcefully interrupt him.
"YOU DIDN'T KNOW!? OF COURSE, YOU DIDN'T FUCKING KNOW; YOU NEVER BOTHERED TO FUCKING CONSIDER OUR CIRCUMSTANCE! YOU JUST DID WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU WANTED! NOW GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE BEFORE I KILL YOU." Yelled Vanye furiously as she stopped her foot on the ground before raising her sword and pointing it at Alexander, her chest heaving up and down from her constant yelling.
"VANYE!" Stated Vanimo angrily as he eyed Vanye, yet she promptly ignored him.
"I'll kill you first." Stated Lazuli as she dropped her fork and raised her arms, morphing them into futuristic cannons while pointing them Vanye, who simply narrowed her eyes.
"Haa, it's fine, Lazuli. C'mon, let's leave." Muttered Alexander softly as he patted Lazuli's shoulder before walking out of the kitchen and heading towards the front door.
Holding the door open for Lazuli, who refused to avert her weapons from Vanye, she finally exited the cabin, causing me to glance at Vanye and Vanimo.
"I apologize for what I did, and thanks for everything. I-If you ever need my help, I-I'll gladly be of assistance, Vanye." Stated Alexander with a forced smile as he looked between Vanye and Vanimo before closing the door and walking away with Lazuli beside him.
