She had a bright smile, hoping her son had returned. He had promised to return early.
At least, her little tricks worked on him. All she had to act was as though she was suffering from a heart attack just to gain his attention.
After the dinner with Lisa which she was yet to approve as a daughter-in-law, he had been away.
Probably, trying to give Lisa hope that she would agree but Mrs Miranda wouldn't risk it.
She had someone else in mind, her friend's daughter Bianca. There was no harm in bringing them together but if her plans of uniting them fails, then she would have no choice than to go for Lisa.
It seems Lisa was in for any kind of business that would fetch money.
Thinking about how she and Lisa met puzzles her. She was a bridge between her and her son.
When she had wish to unite with her son, Lisa was there to take the offer to search for Tyler.
Luckily, she found him. Mrs Miranda shook her head because what comes after was pains.
She wishes he was different and not cold but there was a silent change. His urge to kill.
Since his resurrection, she hadn't heard that someone died or lost a part of their body due to a mistake.
It gave her relief. Furthermore, he was becoming easy to communicate with and gives her time.
Usually, when she wants to see him, she could do that through his secretary and the secretary reports back to her.
The doorbell was the reason she had gone to the door. The servants were meant to answer the door but she took it upon herself to do that.
When she had opened it, she was greeted by a young lady and a boy.
Her eyes scanned the stranger. She was wearing a blue fitted gown that glued to her body revealing her sexy shape.
As for the child, he had an headphone on, his hands in his pocket and a part of his face bruised.
His innocent gaze were on the ground. His eyes had tears.
He had a frown and attempting to avoid the old lady's gaze.
From his physical appearance, she knew the child was trouble and no had to remind her.
He looked exactly like her little tiger and she prayed it wasn't what she was expecting.
The puzzled woman swallowed hard, ready to know the reason for the unexpected visit.
"Mrs Miranda?" The lady questioned with a spiteful emphasis on her name.
The lady exhaled softly, held the boy on the shoulder to stay at one position while anticipating Mrs Miranda's reply.
"Yes?" She replied scruntizing these two over and over again.
"Alex, say hi to your grandmother" the lady furthers rolling her gaze to the young lad.
Mrs Miranda flickers her eyes at these two. Her expression shows that she doesn't believe but it seems this lady came prepared.
"Just not to answer some questions, I have the DNA report" she added handing over a file to Mrs Miranda who was fuming in her heart.
How many more women would she meet ever since her son's resurrection?
Why was this woman appearing now after all these years. Things were going on a fast pace that Mrs Miranda was sure she would die of heartache.
The resemblance was there between her son and this child. But this was unexpected.
They were still at the door and Mrs Miranda never had it in mind to welcome them in.
However, she had to, just to learn more about the truth.
The child didn't seem interested in their conversation as all that matters to him was to see the man whom his mother claims was his father.

"Just this once cousin, help me out" her voice pleads.
"Seriously Lisa? I should help a man who gave a scar?"
Here she was, asking her cousin brother for aid. The man who founded the hunting game.
Their office was beneath a junk yard. A place to hide from the preying eyes. Here, there were different weapons to disperse ghost.
She was certain a ghost had taken him judging from the feeling she got around the place where he was abducted.
However, convincing Dave was another problem. He never likes Tyler because he had worked for him before.
As a secretary though, running his errands. That's how Lisa got to know Tyler.
That scar was accidental. Tyler was mad at a client and had intension of hitting him with a glass but Dave took the fall.
His only pain was that it left a scar on his spotless face and neither was Tyler remorseful for his actions.
Furthermore, Dave couldn't endure the harsh treatment under his boss and just stopped working.
Lisa felt she wouldn't be able to find Wales alone because he had once claimed to be a Ghostbuster like her; that meant a lot of ghost would be after him.
Dave was busy piling up boxes that had poisonous silver balls in it. Lisa didn't assist as she seems to to be in a hurry.
However, Dave wasn't giving a positive reply, rather he was making her give up on him.
"Well I hope he dies" Teresa cuts in. She was a close friend to Dave and it was obvious she was crushing on him and Lisa dislikes her.
Just jealousy because her cousin grants Teresa's desires than her.
Teresa had come across them in the lobby, having an argument over aiding Lisa.
"Seriously? Teresa? This is a family discussion" Lisa retorts and her cousin had to remind her to watch her tongue.
"Do you have evidence that it's a ghost who captured him?" He pressed on beckoning on her to explain.
While he awaits her explanation, he kept cross checking the boxes.
Three hunters had returned, they saluted him and assisted him with the boxes.
"Is he your little make over now" Teresa joked giggling at her but it was replaced with a glare from Lisa.
She rolled her eyes really pissed off at how Teresa always cuts in. She had to explain it was just a feeling and her sixth sense was certain.
"Why him?"
Dave asked even though he barely understands her sixth sense or whatever she claims it to be.
"We are business partners"
Teresa and Dave were silent for a moment and then they burst into laughter.
Who would want to be a partner with a criminal? Lisa rolled her eyes hating the moment as they saw her as a joke.
"Don't worry, his wealth will speak for him, I doubt if it's a ghost, probably mafia rivals and stuff" Teresa muses assisting Dave to carry the box to the basement.
Once again, she left Lisa and Dave. He heaved a sigh and tapped Lisa on the shoulder.
Dave didn't like the explanation as she had claimed they were at the local market.
It was absurd because the Tyler he knew was barely difficult to sight especially in the locals.
He was always isolated and in meetings, his words were on business, dispute and murder.
Possibly, it was her imagination that was getting a better of her. Although, it got to him that she might be working as his secretary.
Dave didn't want her to relate with his ex-boss for any course or reason because he knew Tyler more than anyone.
Tyler would be the last man he fight for.
"I'm just staying calm because you're smart and any form of emotions you're having for that brute should end..."
"Wow, Dave, have you forgotten you were his only friends during his depressed days? Or it didn't click your mind when he helped get a heart surgery..." She paused, licked her lower lips and scoffed.
"You always forget the hands that were truly there for you" she concludes and walked out on him.
Everyone condemns people like Tyler for his bad sides but they never see the good in him.
However, if she dislikes his personality doesn't mean she wouldn't help.
Leaving behind Dave's junk yard, she tried to figure out where his secretary could be but that yielded no result.
That's because his secretary wasn't reachable.
"I will save him on my own" she concluded thinking of how to fish him out.
First, she was careful not to let anyone know that he was missing. Although, it's been hours and she tried reaching him through phone calls but to no avail.
"Where are you Tyler!" She laments staring at the watch which got stucked to her purse hook.
Annoyingly, she tried pulling it off and accidentally dropped her purse which spur open.
Everything in it poured out and the first thing her eyes saw was a paper having an address.
That wasn't there before! Curiously, she picked it up the paper and found a note on it.
"Find me"
The writing revamp her post hope and she took it
upon herself to find him. At least, he left behind a clue before being captured.
