Dust swirled around the area as multiple vines with razor sharp tips shot into existence, piercing right where Kruger had been standing. Meopia hadn't even hesitated in ending the young Aramlians life, that much was certain.
However, her effort was all for naught.
As the cloud of sand dissipated, allowing the Nature Spirit to get a good look at the pod, Kruger was nowhere to be seen. On top of that, the pod was split down the middle and the person contained within it was also nowhere to be seen. Just seeing the now open container was enough for Meopia to register how correct the Equenik who had suddenly appeared actually was.
It was over. The Adventurers had won.
