Chapter 3
Emily decided to spend some time alone to think things through. She went for a long walk in the park, trying to sort out her feelings. As she walked, she thought about all the things that she liked about Jake and Tom. She thought about the times they had spent together and the memories they had made.
Finally, she realized that she had made her decision. She knew who she wanted to be with.
That evening, she met with Jake and Tom separately. She told them both how much she cared about them, but that she had to make a choice. She told them that she had decided to be with Tom.
Jake was disappointed, but he understood. He wished her all the best and told her that he hoped they could still be friends. Tom was overjoyed, and they embraced each other tightly.
