Jason followed behind Bella, he was quiet as he thought that she was going to take a shit.
Maybe she was too embarrassed to do so indoors even though this was far-fetched.
Jason was making excuse after excuses for her because he couldn't understand why she would harbour any ill intent towards them considering how far out of their way they went out to help her as they could just as easily abandon her.
He also entertained the thought that there was a glitch in the system.
This was possible, even the best of games could have hidden glitches so there was no telling what was going on.
