Chapter 19 - Chapter 19 Interrogating the Rogue

Akiras point of view -

It appears that the trackers have not been returned. I had determined that the vehicle was heading east because the women had been kidnapped from the west. As we had killed all of the rogues except for a few I had been interrogating, I knew there must have been a vehicle nearby. A team of investigators was dispatched to locate the vehicle. In an Alpha command, I instructed them to look everywhere near the bunker we escaped from. I let my irritating talkative friend take charge of the search team. I trust her, but I am not sure why. I certainly wasn't incentivized by her incessant chattering, but regardless of that, I was confident that she would lead the search team.

It is early in the morning and the sun is just about to rise. In this way, I am able to determine our direction, because the sun rises in the east, so I needed to head west.

A couple of warrior females assisted my interrogation of rogues. In order to ensure that everyone had a decent night's sleep, we worked in shifts. We each worked eight-hour shifts to interrogate the rogue. My shift was early in the morning, and I was standing in front of the rogue at the time. In the early hours of the morning, I could smell the scent of blood mixed with the fresh air.

There was no doubt that the rogues were tired, as they had not slept for a couple of days, and the rogue I was interrogating still had my knife lodged in his leg. I would remove it from his body and stab him again. Putting pressure on him to speak. It should be noted that I am not his Alpha, and therefore he is not bound to obey me, however as rogues have been away from a pack for so long, their wolves do not recognize anyone as their Alpha anymore. Therefor my Alpha command barely affects them at all.

Pulling his hair back, I have another female warrior bring me a thin shirt and we place it over his face, and another female warrior brings me a pitcher of water from the bunker. My first step is to pour water over the face of the man once I have obtained the pitcher of water.

Seeing the rogue choke on water, I became impatient. I stood up after pulling the knife from the rogue's leg and threw it back into his leg. Although the rogue had been tortured for a couple of days now, I did not care how much we tortured him anymore. He screamed, then quickly stared at me with all the hate in his heart.

I was deep in my thoughts thinking about my mate, you know my wolf is already in love with him, it's obvious this person has been a womanizer, so why didn't I reject him? Oh yes right, I was only eighteen years old at the time, so I was able to reject him.

"I would take over you Alina", my wolf growls. "Our mate is given to us by the Goddess herself. You should speak to him." I laughed, "Whatever!" And then I blocked her out. My wolf is my best friend as well as my most annoying friend.

One of the search teams returned, stating they had found about three camouflaged busses up the road in the woods, about a mile or so. They were covered by branches looking like makeshift huts.

Our departure was imminent, so I sent other females to locate vehicle keys in the bunker. Once the keys were found, I, along with a few other females, drove the buses here to take the women to the East Kingdoms Royal Pack. Several of the women had become so dehydrated that they could not even stand. The bunker cells themselves were disgusting, smelling of urine, must, and mold. Needless to say, many of the women had become ill during their time there.

Having my annoying chatty friend organize the females into different buses, the sick was placed in one bus, with female nurses on board to assist them. My goal was to keep the women in line by annoyance or boredom by placing Chatty in a bus that I was not on. She could talk the women to death if nothing else she did. My last bus consisted of what was left, along with the rogues I was taking as prisoners to be held in the dungeons of the Eastern King Castle (my mate). I shook my head and scowled at this again. Lucky me, I think.

Rolling my eyes at my wolf, I block her once more. My wolf responds, "You are not lucky, you are blessed.".

We were on the road for about five hours when I noticed some wolves running alongside our van, leading us to a dirt road to our left. The trail I followed led me to the Royal eastern pack once. I followed the wolves and parked in front of the packhouse. I gathered several wolves at the packhouse and had them take several women for treatment from the pack physician.

We walked into the packhouse, and many people turned and stared wondering how come so many women were here? I had the women sit wherever they could in the pack lounge area, instructing several omegas, to get the women much needed food and water.

When Andor's beta comes running in from outside, he frantically asks, "what happened to you? Are you okay? "?"

I noticed at this point that the beta was sniffing the air, and I turned to look at my chatty friend. I knew then what that looked meant, his mate. I just wanted to vomit. This is so cheesy; she runs up to him jumping into the Betas' arms giggling and kissing him all over his face. I hope he can handle her.

We needed to make certain that these ladies had accommodation until their families or Alphas sent someone to pick them up. After thinking about this, I walked up the stairs to the Alpha's office, opened the door, and lo and behold, I found the tracker I sent out a few days ago, with her tongue dangling down my mate's throat.

My wolf growls, startling them both. My wolf grabs the woman by her throat, growling at her as she throws her against the wall. The woman asked, "What are you doing here? "." My wolf grabs the woman by her throat, growling at her as she throws her against the wall.

Angry, my wolf grabbed the female by the neck once again and dangled her by her throat. The female cried out to Andor, "Please help?" Andor just shook his head no.

In addition to not liking Andor's answer, my wolf was also mad that she didn't bring anyone back to save us. "WHY DID YOU NOT COME BACK, YOU WORTHLESS SLUT?"

As I watched this woman shake and look over to Andor, he put his hands up and said, "Don't look at me. I won't help you."
