Chapter 5 - Chapter 5 GATHERING AND TRAINING THE TROOPS

During the past few weeks, I have visited at least fifty packs that were once under my father's control. In every place I visited that discovered I existed, our witch put a spell on them that if they tried to betray me, their tongues would fall out. It is important that this be a surprise for this tyrant who brutalizes my people.

The first thing these pack Alpha's do is mock my age and refuse to assist me. When my alpha genes kick in, I let them know that if a 16–17-year-old male Alpha can run a pack, I am no different as I am also an Alpha. As soon as my warriors and I explain our plans, they look hopeful, and that is what we need in order to give my people hope and ultimately achieve victory.

My last visit was to the King of the Eastern Kingdom. The hardest person to win over is him, according to what I have heard. The King of the east responded by telling my head warrior Rector "No" right away without so much as a "Hello, how are you?"

Rector is an excellent negotiator, and as a result he was able to get the King of the east to meet with me. I have been experiencing anxiety in my wolf lately. She has not been sleeping, and she has not been hungry, which means I have not been hungry either. When I ask her what is wrong with her, she is unable to provide an answer.

My shadow warriors will provide intensive training for one week to the wolves that demonstrate the greatest tracking and sleuthing skills. The primary function of a shadow warrior is to gather intelligence in the shadows where no one can see them. As a result, those they train will be able to assist in training other packs.

In the case of those packs that do not have strong warriors, we will have men from the stronger packs train those packs that do not have strong warriors. Fighting will be a part of everyone's training. This includes all women who are 15 years of age and older. Your strength is determined by the strength of your weakest member.

Upon discovering that my parents had left me a bank card, I began to use it. I was extremely wealthy, and I knew that most of the money would be invested back in my kingdom. Aside from paying for the war, which is where the funds should have been invested.

I stayed three days in each pack in order to get to know them and to demonstrate to them that I would back them up and fight with them, even if it meant my death. Freedom from tyranny was necessary for our people.

Each pack we trained four shadow warriors, and I would take one of the four with me. Once the Shadow warriors were trained from each pack, I was going to release my shadow warriors that have stuck it out with me since they worked for my father.

Shadow Warriors who used to work for my father were also accustomed to living in the packhouse in the Winter Dragons kingdom. As a result, they now have mates and families. Their loyalty to my father was reciprocated by their loyalty to me. My commitment to their well-being will be just as strong.

When Rector came to guard me, he was a great warrior, but since he was only 17 years old, he was unable to find a mate because he was stuck in the sticks with me. So, this is his opportunity to return to the werewolf world and, perhaps, find his mate. Despite being only 28 years old, he is quite old when it comes to finding a mate. However, I am confident that he will be able to cope with the situation. It has been like living with an older brother for me, people often mistake our rough housing for being a couple. (Laughing to myself). At first, Rector remained by my side when I travelled to school, but as time passed, we realized that no one had ever imagined I would be hidden by a dragon clan.

Rector's mate will be so blessed when she learns what an exceptional individual Rector is. His qualities include loyalty, kindness, and a love of playing. Despite the fact that he is slightly annoying, he is one of my closest friends and family members. It will be difficult for me to part with my little pack that I created in the Winter Clan. We had all become family members. There is no doubt that they enjoy their time there now. There is a majority of them who would like to remain there, and I will likely have to move back to the castle and rebuild my kingdom. As far as I know, my brother will not be accompanying me. As a dragon, he should be in the company of other dragons. It will be difficult to say goodbye to all of them. Considering this saddens me, but I must remain focused on the goal of liberating my people.

After discovering that I had left, Cadma became enraged and flew after us. It was evident that each pack was wary due to the presence of a dragon shifter, not to mention the dragon warriors that the winter king had sent with me. I ordered Cadma to go home, but he refused, stating that he was not a child who should be sent home. Furthermore, he discovered a clan of dragons in the east that was familiar with the Sun Dragon story and was traveling there after he left us with the Wolf King of the East.

There was no end to Cadma's jealousy toward Rector. The only thing I could do was shake my head and let him know.

Assume the following.

1. It was none of his business what I did or what Rector did.

2. Rector is like an older brother to me, and he really wants to find his true mate.

3. The search for a true mate is also important to me. Despite the fact that I was unsure whether I really wanted to find my mate, I made the effort.

It was necessary for me to convince Cadma that we were no longer a couple. Seriously, it was as if we had never been together. In order to conceal our relationship, we were forced to sneak around since he did not want anyone to know that we were together. He made excuses that his father would be mad if he did not wait for his true mate. He would not be able to explain dating a wolf to his friends. In the event that he truly loved me as he stated, none of that would matter.

The crush I once had on Cadma is slowly fading even though he is older than me. In my opinion, he is arrogant and still behaves like a child. When he becomes upset, he runs off to sleep with one of the she-wolves in the pack. The most surprising thing about me is that I am not jealous at all.

Since it was not possible to visit all fifty packs, Rector and I decided to spend enough time clearing things with the alphas and then train the warriors we needed to train. After they have been trained, we send them on missions to the packs that we are unable to reach. As part of her duties, a witch is responsible for finding out who would be the best liaison for each pack. The lady's name is Margot, and she puts on a truth spell before she questions them. She selects the most qualified emissaries from her candidates. Approximately six months have passed since we began our journey. I would like to state all packs were onboard, however they had reservations about my age, and not wanting to piss off Malcom. It is important to note that we will have a large number of warriors and we have a great chance of regaining the kingdom if we are able to convince the King of the East to join us.
