"Do you want to show me an actual reason, or do you want me to follow you so you can find a way to tame me? That seemed like what Hades was on to, I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same for you. How am I supposed to trust that I am even talking to you right now, Thanatos, and not Hades?"
I stared at her, shock evident in my countenance. Her eyes twinkled in mirth as she stared right back with no fear. I couldn't help but inwardly smirk at her belligerent nature. Aurora looked innocent and sweet on the outside but she was quite a hellion raging with such a captivating outward disposition. Assessing her better now that she was in my vicinity, only fueled my adoration for her that I had tried desperately, albeit half-heartedly, to extinguish.
"I assure you I am not Hades, I am Thanatos. I will never compromise my nature for anyone's sake. But, Hades sees through my eyes. He watches everything that happens. Good or bad."
