The Minotaur falls to the ground, distracting him and turning his gaze towards the giantess.
It startles as she tries to keep the Minotaur down, creating time for Zaine and the others to regain momentum.
Albus went through, assisting her in her onslaught on the Minotaur. However, the Minotaur unleashes a massive roar, pushing back all the monsters around him, including Albus.
Zaine knew this wasn't going to be an easy fight. He summoned more monsters, an Ant Queen, and several Ents, hoping they could restrain and hold back the movement of the Minotaur.
Lancelot's party looks at the battle between the giant monsters and realizes how capable Zaine is.
The Minotaur rips through the Ent's roots and throws them to the wall, rendering them out of combat.
Zaine kept summoning more and more monsters, but then, the monster slowly got pushed back by the Minotaur's immense strength.
Around 10 minutes have passed, and the Minotaur doesn't show signs of his stamina depleting. While Zaine is almost out of mana potion, his monsters are exhausted, and some are even incapacitated.
He could not let his precious summons die, so he looked at them and despawned those who were hurt.
Lancelot regains consciousness and can now stand up for himself. He throws away his sword and opens up a portal. Lancelot sticks his hand and takes out a large-looking sword scabbard from it.
His gaze fixated on the Minotaur, and his grip tightened, preparing for an attack.
He took out a normal-sized sword from the scabbard and flew towards the Minotaur with insane speed.
Occupied with Zaine's summon, it does not have time to react. In a lightning-fast attack, one of its arms got cut off.
Realizing one of his arms was gone, phase two of the fight started. The Minotaur's body is engulfed with a dark red aura, and the body grows, with his strength and speed increasing even more.
With one hand left, the Minotaur's coordination was not as good as before, but the speed and strength increases make up for it.
Lancelot tries to fight the Minotaur while transforming, shooting blade aura towards the Minotaur, only to get nullified.
The Minotaur roars, creating a strong wind that forces them to fall back.
"We have to fight it together, Lancelot!" Zaine shouted to Lancelot. "Just this once."
Lancelot nodded and rushed to the Minotaur's side, accompanied by Albus and Zaine's Giantess to distract the Minotaur from running amok.
Zaine knows the one that could deal enough damage to the boss right now is Lancelot and his sword. He commands everyone to support Lancelot by slowing down and preventing the Minotaur from moving.
The Ant Queen also helps by creating swarms of ants, covering the body of the Minotaur.
In the spur of the moment, Lancelot acts quickly as he slashes the Minotaur's head. Defeating it once and for all.
The fight finishes as they emerge victorious against the Minotaur.

'I got the soul?' Zaine thought to himself.
Zaine knows the one that dealt the final blow was Lancelot. Regardless, he still manages to acquire the soul.
The Minotaur's power was no joke. Zaine feels at ease knowing he acquired the Minotaur's soul and can summon it.
Zaine had not realized this before, but the place where the boss fight happened was beautiful. He gazed around the room. Green and fertile soil could be seen filling the room.
However, the once beautiful green field is now filled with holes and traces of fighting. Zaine checks where the Minotaur was defeated and finds some items on the ground. Both parties look at the artifact.
"The 'Echidna Tears'?" Zaine whispered his thoughts.
"What's that?" Guin asks Zaine.
Zaine realizes he is saying his thoughts out loud, and he decides to tell them.
"Ehm, The 'Echidna Tears' is a rare drop from mythical monsters, like the Minotaur. It has a unique property, expanding the amount of mana one can have." Explained Zaine.
"Mana, huh? Interesting. You can have it." Lancelot suddenly spoke out to Zaine.
"If the leader said so," Guin replied while grinning at Lancelot.
Zaine takes the item, and they take their time resting.
"Sorry, I couldn't be of help." Said Theodore while still resting.
Amy notices Theodore's face filled with regret. "It's fine. We have Zaine summons to back you up anytime."
"You should've said something if you're tired. Don't force yourself to do everything." Lancelot's voice softened up as they finished up with today's expedition.
"We are gonna go back after this." Lancelot declared to everyone.
While everyone is resting, Zaine explores the boss room and finds the path to the next floor. He follows the narrow path, slowly getting wider and wider, showing light at the end of the narrow tunnel.
A village could be seen there, filled with the sound of people. Zaine looks from afar. The place is filled with Children and Elderly, with no signs of adults.
Zaine quickly ran to the boss's room and told everyone what he had seen. Everyone immediately stood up and went towards the Village.
The place was beautiful. Wooden houses filled the place with kids playing around without any care about the world while the elderly kept watch of the kids from their backyard.
