"There's something you need to tell Reginald, Isaac." Connery's voice sounded impatient over the phone.
"What's it about?" Isaac became interested.
"It's about what Reginald did to Verna. Angelina told me the mermaid Queen summoned them to discuss what happened."
"And what is it about?" Isaac leaned forward in interest.
"At first they thought Reginald killed Verna because she was found dead…however, she later woke up and the mermaid Queen was able to sense what happened. Reginald subconsciously broke the mate pull between him and Verna."
"WHAT?" Isaac asked in disbelief.
"I was as shocked as you, Isaac, but that's not the shocking part. There's a high chance he will have a more stronger mate since he broke the mate pull with Verna…and whoever his future mate will be, will be strong, making it hard for him to break the mate pull." Connery paused there and waited for Isaac to say something.
