"Are you sure about this?"
Everand worriedly asked one more time as he helped her lie on their bed.
"I'm very sure Ever, you don't have to be so worried…"
"Of course I have to be worried, Valeria. it was through the dream that he passed his trait to your son when he was in your womb. What will he do now once he sees you?" Everand was totally against it all but since Valeria was adamant, he decided to support her.
"There's a difference Ever, I'm going to him this time around and not that other way round." She tried to convince him.
A heavy sigh of frustration left Reginald's lips as he watched Valeria who quietly stared back at him with her lovely deep blue eyes.
"You'll be by my side, so there's no need to worry."
Seeing that she still wanted to get on with it, Everand squeezed her hand gently as he rubbed the top of her head and leaned in to kiss her forehead.
When he pulled away, she gave him a reassuring smile.
