"A court meeting will be held tomorrow morning." Detective Gael announced as he entered the room where two other police members were present with Keturah, Alastor and their Lawyer.
"Tomorrow? But Mr Reginald is not yet in town." One of the police frowned as she told the detective.
Gael approached them and sat on a chair which was located close to the policewoman who questioned him.
"Mr Reginald will arrive in London soon so don't worry about tomorrow." He said in a dismissive tone.
Keturah's heart began to beat harder at the thought of facing Reginald tomorrow. She dreaded it.
Sensing her fear, Alastor found her hand and gave it a gentle squeeze to reassure her he was beside her.
She glanced at him and nodded in appreciation for his support.
"Thank you for your time with us Ms Keturah, Mr Alastor." The male police finally spoke up, thanking them.
Alastor nodded while Keturah bit her lower lip in worry.
