(Most of these will just be monster hunter. Or just thoughts I had in a moment.)
As Dodogama slowly dragged its scales across the cool stone it spots its next meal an especially shiny pair of crystals, slowly it waddles to the crystals, not thinking why these pair of crystals look so different from the rest.
*THUD* As the Dodogama fell through the portal it had not noticed as it was fully focused on its next meal it would lift its head, and once again spot its meal not questioning why the walls and ground were so different all it would think was where its next meal would be and once again resume it walk.
It had arrived to its next meal. A small but unnoticeable trail of droll would go down its robust jaw and *CRUNCH* it would take these crystals digest it for its bio energy. But it would notice something, these crystals they are vastly different from its usual meal almost already full of the bio energy.
It could feel how much bio energy it was getting as the heat of extracting the bio energy was enough for it to immediately move for cooler ground causing it to use some bio energy and once again causing heat to go to its massive skin sack, leaving it to rush around in an unknown cave.
While the Dodogama would rush in the cave it would cause a disturbance to a wandering Strassie scouting ahead in caves well known to it, it would immediately know an intruder has come to close to their kingdom and would run back to tell its warrior class. Knowing that whatever has come into its caves was something new and unknown to it.
