Vinland Empire is renowned for being a realm of valiant individuals, often referred to as the land of heroes. The inception of this Empire can be attributed to the first hero, Tsulahara Kei, whose remarkable efforts were instrumental in its creation.
Tsulahara Kei was summoned to Riveria, a nation in dire need of a savior. However, tragedy befell the Empire when it faced the wrath of the formidable Demon Sovereign Baal's Army. In a devastating turn of events, the nation of Riveria, where Tsulahara Kei was initially summoned, was swiftly and ruthlessly destroyed by this malevolent force. The once flourishing land, filled with hope and prosperity, was reduced to ruins within the span of a single night. This catastrophic event left a deep scar on the collective history of the Vinland Empire, forever reminding its inhabitants of the precariousness of their existence and the ever-present threat of external forces seeking to challenge their sovereignty.
In the aftermath of the nation's devastation, the blame was overwhelmingly placed upon the heroes, particularly the formidable Tsukahara Kei. Now, they were seen as symbols of failure and betrayal. The once adoring masses had turned their backs on their former idols, their faith shattered and replaced with an unyielding desire for justice.
Yet, despite the overwhelming animosity directed towards the heroes, a glimmer of hope remained within the hearts of a few. A minority of the populace still clung to their belief in the heroes' ability to right the wrongs and restore their nation to its former glory. These individuals, though few in number, stood as a beacon of optimism amidst the prevailing darkness, hoping against all odds for the heroes to rise from the ashes and prove their worth once again.
In the wake of this turmoil, the heroes faced a defining moment in their journey. Would they succumb to the weight of blame and fade into obscurity, or would they rise above the accusations and reclaim their status as beacons of hope?
However as the dust settled and the hostile survivors emerged from the ruined Riveria, a newfound sense of defiance filled their hearts. No longer willing to stand idly by, they took matters into their own hands, launching relentless attacks on any hero unfortunate enough to cross their path. With each encounter, their determination grew stronger, fueled by the belief that the heroes were responsible for the nation's demise.
Tsukahara Kei, once revered for his unrivaled strength, found himself at the epicenter of this wave of blame because he was the leader of the heroes. The weight of the nation's disappointment bore heavily on his broad shoulders, as he questioned his own actions and role in the downfall of the once prosperous nation.
The burden of guilt weighed on him, driving him to seek redemption and make amends for the destruction that had befallen his beloved second homeland. The streets that were once filled with cheers and admiration for the heroes were now stained with resentment and hostility. Every corner harbored whispers of discontent, with tales of the heroes' alleged misdeeds circulating through the disillusioned populace. The once mighty heroes now walked amidst a sea of scornful glances and hushed murmurs, their reputations tarnished beyond repair.
Afterward, the heroic group got involved with a nation known as Gregorian. Their presence in this land was not coincidental, for they had been commissioned by none other than the illustrious and affluent businessman, Belphagor Abraham. This enigmatic individual, despite his great wealth and influence, had an intriguing lineage that was shrouded in secrecy and controversy.
A bitter civil war had erupted within the Gregorian Family, pitting brother against brother, sister against sister, and cousin against cousin. Amidst this turbulence, Belphagor Abraham emerged as a key figure, for he was the illegitimate child of the reigning king, a fact that had been vehemently denied and concealed by the monarch himself.
In due course, he decided to adopt his mother's name as his given name, choosing Belphagor, while taking Abraham as his surname, although it was originally intended to be his forename. This deliberate decision was motivated by his desire to inflict anguish upon the king each time his name was uttered.
Despite being defeated by the Baal army, the heroes experienced a remarkable transformation thereafter, blossoming into an unstoppable force that could not be challenged.
Belphagor Abraham received assistance in ascending to the throne, with heroes aiding him in attaining the position of power. Subsequently, he made the decision to change the nation's name from Gregory, which was originally derived from his father's lineage, to Belphagor, the name associated with his mother. This change in nomenclature marked a significant shift and ultimately resulted in his family being recognized and referred to as the Abrahams.
Subsequently, under the guidance and support of the newly crowned monarch, King Belphagor Abraham, the heroes gradually began to restore their once pristine reputation and regain the trust of the people. It was during this time that Tsukahara Kei, a valiant warrior, came to the realization that their chances of triumphing over the formidable demon sovereign were slim if they were to confront it alone.
Afterward, Tsukahara proceeded to assemble a formidable army of allies, which he aptly named the Vinland's Army, drawing inspiration from the renowned Vinland Saga of the earthly realm.
Following their arduous journey, they ultimately succeeded in vanquishing the formidable Demon Sovereign Baal. Filled with a sense of accomplishment and liberation, Belphagor Abraham proposed a visionary idea to Tsukahara Kei: the establishment of a grand empire that would emancipate them from all worldly constraints.
If these individuals were to be affiliated with a particular nation, they would automatically be perceived as a supporter of that nation and subsequently be treated as adversaries by those who were against that nation. Consequently, they deem it necessary to establish their own sovereign nation capable of independently managing their internal matters. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that they already possess a formidable army, thereby facilitating the establishment and operation of a fully functioning nation.
Tsukahara Kei made the heartfelt decision to return to the very place where they originated from, the desolate and ravaged nation known as Riveria. This choice was fueled by the countless cherished memories that had been forged within its boundaries. It was a place that held a profound significance for Kei, as it served as the final resting place for numerous comrades who lay in eternal slumber beneath its frigid surface. Among those lost souls was Kei's beloved, forever trapped in the embrace of this forsaken land.
Kei and the rest of the group made their way back to the desolate territory, where they made a grand proclamation that henceforth this land would bear the name Vinland.
Despite this, there remained a significant number of individuals who harbored a deep dislike for these heroes and consequently opted to depart from the nation. As a result, they banded together to establish an organization known as the Anti-Hero Society, often abbreviated as AHS.
The AHS faction emerged as a group vehemently opposed to the existence of Gods and demons, opting instead to exalt and worship the enigmatic Fallen Angel Azazel and his formidable army. Noteworthy to mention is that this faction, in their devotion, receives divine(?) blessings and assistance directly from the Fallen Angel himself.
Now, what is connected or associated with our main character Sin?
Sin found himself seated across from a peculiar individual, whom he had encountered shortly after the conclusion of their second day on the preliminary. Initially, he felt inclined to dismiss the man, dismissing him as a mere stranger with questionable intentions. After all, who would willingly lend an ear to the ramblings of an unknown individual associated with a rather dubious organization known as the Anti-Hero Society? Sin's intuition kicked in, detecting an unsettling aura surrounding this encounter.
However, upon hearing the mention of the name Fallen Angel Azazel, he believed it was prudent to lend an ear, even if only for a single instance.
The individual was standing before him extended a warm invitation to join him at a local bar, embarking on a detailed narrative about the intriguing origins and captivating tales surrounding the enigmatic entities known as Belphagor, Vinland, and AHS.
Sin inquired as to the reason behind the man's disclosure. A smile adorned the man's face as he extended an invitation for Sin to become part of their faction, gesturing with his right hand for a friendly handshake.
