Iris continues to tell Xavier about the peculiar thing about Eric. She didn't hide anything from him. And, when she was finished, she saw him walk toward the bed and cast something in the air.
She didn't know what he was doing but could guess he was now trying to wake up Eric.
Before long, Iris could see Eric awake with a frown on his forehead. He looks so confused looking around the room, but before his gaze fixes on Xavier, the time freezes.
Surprised she can still move, Iris looks at Xavier, who walks to her.
"Why did you stop time?" She asked curiously.
Xavier stepped away from her, "No one knows I'm here. I will wait for you in the house."
She nods at him.
He lifted her chin with his finger and gazed into her eyes. "Darling, please don't keep me waiting too long." He leaned closer to kiss her lips, and he vanished.
