At 9 p.m., Gavriel's car stopped in front of Iris' house. The house was dark, with only parts of it still visible light.
Iris sensed her grandma was already asleep in her bedroom. She felt relieved because she didn't have to worry about explaining Gavriel's presence to Grandma.
"Thank you, Gavriel, for today," Iris said, preparing to leave the car. But Gavriel stopped her. She turned to see him and asked, "What is it?" before closing the car door again.
"I just want to remind you of two things. One, if you receive your second assignment, you must notify me!" he said seriously.
She nods.
