The policemen continued their search, going through every room, cupboard, and drawer in the villa. They didn't find any drugs hidden in the house.
But they found something else.
"Hey, look at this," one of the police officers called out, holding a thick file he had found in a hidden compartment of a desk drawer.
His colleague approached and peered over his shoulder. "Who is it in these pictures? They look familiar..."
The first policeman flipped through the pages, his eyes narrowing as he scrutinized the photos. "Wait a minute, isn't this Xia Lihua? There are so many pictures..."
"Looks like she was being stalked," his colleague said, his expression turning serious. "What should we do with this?"
"We should contact her and ask if she wants to press charges or not."
"Alright."
