Chapter 47 - Demons Arrived

Two and a half days had passed quickly, and Lian then opened his eyes. In a few hours, the entire group would wake up. He was still floating in the center of the lake, but when he looked around, he had a momentary shock.

All four of the young women who had entered the lake were floating, lying naked in the waters. He was sure they had entered the lake wearing their clothes, so he found it strange.

They fiercely trained with Lian every day, and naturally, their clothes, made of mortal material, were frequently torn. They would then change everything almost every day.

Lian quickly observed them, and his eyes couldn't move away from Shiho's direction. Her ample bosom floated subtly like a seductive goddess. Lian felt his blood boil and struggled to shift his gaze.

Riria also seriously shook Lian. Now at 19 years old, her body was fully developed, and her delicate beauty as an Elf radiated femininity.

Their clothes were destroyed by the dense Qi of the lake. At the beginning of the training with the group, they had some problems with their torn clothes. Lian then decided to solve that to avoid future issues.

Around the lake, there was an abundance of Divine Linen. Also known as "moon fabric," it is a plant of transcendent beauty and rare spiritual purity. Its sight is like a glimpse of celestial serenity amidst nature. The light seemed to intertwine in every part of the Divine Linen, giving it an ethereal glow as if it were woven with threads of celestial silver.

This plant requires special conditions to bloom and is only found in places with a perfect balance of Yin energies. It is in such places that spiritual energy flows abundantly, providing fertile ground for the growth of Divine Linen. It almost always only naturally grew in the Divine Plane.

Lian then gathered everything that was nearby and began using his best skills to produce five sets of unique clothes that transcended the limits of lightness, durability, and resilience.

Each piece was a masterpiece in itself, revealing his singular aesthetic vision and an exotic touch from an eastern region of the Divine Plane.

When the four young women woke up, they were astonished to find their bodies exposed. They then looked at Lian, who had his eyes closed, completely focused on something external. They quickly felt relieved.

After a few hours, Lian opened his eyes and called them over, handing them the gift. Each of the clothes radiated a divine glow and singular beauty. Lian carefully thought about how to enhance the beauty of each one, capturing their unique essence in every piece created.

All four of them were smiling and very happy with the gift. They were enveloped in a mysterious aura. The pure and fluid fabric allowed for smooth and graceful movements, while the sacred symbols intertwined in the garments emphasized their connection to the spiritual world.

The soft and gentle colors enhanced their natural gracefulness. And the defensive power of these clothes was something that, even with great effort, would be difficult to damage with the power of a mortal world.

Three days had passed since the sun finally gave way to the night. As darkness engulfed the scene, a deafening roar echoed through the air, followed by a violent earthquake that shook everything within the barrier. The impact was so powerful that the souls of all those present felt an agonizing squeeze, for they knew the demons had arrived.

The barrier, which had once seemed renewed and impenetrable, was now marked with sinister cracks. They stretched like intricate and endless spider webs, crossing their entire protective structure. The sight of these fissures was a disturbing testament to the overwhelming force that the demons brought with them.

The onlookers shuddered as they stared at the cracks, aware that the demons' next onslaught could be the final blow that would completely demolish the barrier. The sense of imminent danger hung in the air, leaving everyone in a state of alertness and fear.

A sacred pillar emerged from within it. All those present turned their gaze in that direction, witnessing the emergence of Lian and a group of five other young individuals. They exuded a dense and extremely powerful Qi, filling the surroundings with an awe-inspiring aura.

As they walked, the Qi surrounding them continued to grow, fueled by unwavering determination. The strength and confidence they radiated were palpable. Each of their movements seemed to unsheathe an invisible weapon, unleashing immeasurable growth in their presence and battle prowess. Waves of intense energy emanated from their bodies, enveloping them in a cloak of formidable power.

The griffins joined Lian's side, prepared to die at any moment. Saya gazed intensely at the five young individuals, still feeling a profound sense of loss and defeat. She clenched her fists tightly; she had to show her worth.

All the humans of the Enchant clan gathered beside Artemis as she prepared everyone there with all her might. This battle meant a lot for the fate of the clan and for herself.

Before the next attack, they all stepped out of the barrier. Artemis looked ahead, and in the skies above, the vision of her beloved, who still existed in her memories, was no longer there.

Everyone saw that demon, who had the size of a human but emanated dense, pitch-black diabolic power. His eyes, resembling the fangs of a bloodthirsty demon, gleamed with unsettling malice. From his forehead, two black horns stood out, emitting a shimmering and dazzling visual illusion, hypnotizing those who dared to gaze upon him. His broad and imposing black wings stretched as if they were erasing the very heavens.

Its body pulsated with nefarious energy, while its dark presence seemed to taint the air, making it heavy and suffocating. Every movement of the demon was filled with cruel agility, conveying a sense of imminent danger. Those who faced it felt overwhelmed by a sense of powerlessness in the face of its overwhelming might. It was as if they were standing before a being that knew no bounds or mercy.

Lian smiled internally, aware of the level of cultivation achieved by that demon. In the final stage of the Core Formation Realm, the power of this malevolent being far exceeded the limits of the mortal world. Its combat prowess would surpass that of any cultivator, even the strongest in the capital, leaving them completely defeated in its presence. It was a formidable and frightening adversary.

Meanwhile, Lian still found himself in the Bone Forging Realm, two entire realms below that demon. The battle represented a real risk of death for him. Still, that's what he was looking for. His heart couldn't help but pound with excitement.
