"Hmm. Is this the place, Freya?" A man, who looked to be in his early 20s, spoke to the woman who was standing beside him.
The man had long blonde bangs that covered his left eye while his right side of head was shaved. There was a red mark of claw on his shaved side. His left arm was also covered in red marks.
"Yes, it is, Freyr!" Freya looked spoke as she stood beside his brother.
Freya had long hair that reached her waist and were tied in a braid while she had shaved sides on which black claw marks were made. She was wearing a cloak but when her cloak fluttered, her back was revealed which had a big tattoo of a raven.
Freyr nodded and then, walked following his big sister. Their cloaks made of wolf hide fluttered in the wind. One could tell at one glance that they were warriors as they had toned bodies while there was a genuine big claw mark on Freyr's back.
Freyr and Freya passed through the village which seemed to be abandoned.
Freyr looked around and spoke with a whistle, "Creepy!"
Freya glanced at her brother before speaking, "Weird! Shouldn't there be some blood? Or shouldn't there be some destruction? The ghouls attacked this area only two months ago."
Freyr looked at his sister for a second and then, looked ahead.
"Are you thinking what I am thinking?" Freya asked Freyr with a serious expression.
"It should be like that, otherwise this isn't possible!" Freyr spoke as he kept walking.
A raven suddenly landed on Freya's shoulder and whispered something in her ear.
Freyr ignored them and walked with slow steps.
Freya nodded and then looked at a hill up ahead that was shrouded in fog.
"He is there!" Freya spoke. Freyr looked at the hill where Freya was looking before nodding.
"That crow is really useful for scouting, huh?" Freyr spoke with a small smile.
"Yes!" Freya kept walking through the snow-filled paths of village.
Freyr looked at the houses that were made of stones, woods and turfs.
"This village should have a high population, right?" Freyr spoke as he walked leisurely as if he was on a vacation.
"Yes!" Freya nodded as she looked at houses with her keen eyes.
Freya glanced at him before looking ahead and speaking, "Brace yourself!"
"Hmm. Why?" Freyr asked Freya with a raised eyebrow.
Freya didn't speak and kept walking before entering the fog.
Freyr followed behind. He glanced back at the empty village before entering the cloud as well.
They both had moved their hands towards their weapons that were hanging on their waist as they knew they could get in danger in this mysterious and dangerous looking fog.
They both moved slowly and steadily taking in every sound as they could not see clearly in this fog.
The raven on Freya's shoulder was also looking around. Before when she was flying over the fog, she couldn't see anything but now using her sharp eyesight and hearing she was taking every detail.
The raven had told Freya that there was someone on the top of hill as there was smoke coming from inside the fog.
That smoke also reduced visibility in this fog by mixing with this smog.
Freya and Freyr had only climbed a bit of hill but what they saw in front of them made them shock to the core but there was also something inside their heart that grew more and more and that was fear.
