"But what do you need mana stones for?" Cherry asked, squinting her eyes in confusion.
Blaze looked at her as if she were the most foolish person in the world.
"To eat it! If not to absorb it, then why would I need mana stones?" Blaze retorted coldly.
"Are you serious?!" Cherry exclaimed, astonished by his response.
Blaze was starting to get annoyed by her behavior. Why else would somebody need mana stones?
"Didn't you absorb the one I gave you?" Cherry questioned, skepticism flashing in her eyes.
"I absorbed it. But it's finished now," Blaze replied, staring her down.
"If you absorbed the previous one, don't you know it's harmful to absorb another mana stone?" Cherry berated him, finally realizing something that Blaze had been ignorant about, her eyes shining with newfound knowledge.
