There was a huge oval table that may use for meeting with your co-workers, comrades, and the ship girls. There is also a huge bookshelves containing about basic and intermediate knowledge about the Iron Blood Political Affairs, Military Affairs, Past Strategic Planning, History About The Past, and many more. There is also a huge window with a balcony and a big overlooking of the Bismarck Marine Base.
There is also living room furniture's if we want to take a break and small beds, if you plan to stay here due to overnight work. And lastly the Secretary Main Table Work and my Assistant Table Work. Soon, after checking everything here, a knock at the door came meaning my work will now began...

Destroyer Type 1936A-Class Z23: Good morning, Lieutenant Accel. I receive a report that you will begin working, correct?

Lieutenant: Okay, I will arrange and organize all of them and place their respective places and I will also tell you about each of the Military Affairs, Assistant Sophia.

Accel arranged and organize all files and separate them and place name tags, which of them are from the Military Affairs in each Department in Bismarck Marine Fortress...

Lieutenant Accel: Here, Assistant Sophia. The first name tag is "Naval Forces of Iron Blood Nation". The second name tag is "Technology Department". The third name tag is "Strategies and Tactics Department or Fleet Command Center". The fourth name tag is "About the Leadership of Iron Blood Nation". The fifth name tag is "Research and Development Department". And last name tag is "Alliances and Diplomacy".
Assistant Sophia Müller was shocked and tried checking each of them, that what Sir Accel said was correct and after several minutes of scanning and reading the pages of the files, everything what Sir Accel was true he separated and organize properly the files and place names so that both of us will not get confuse about the Military Affairs.
After she check the files, Sophia took a rest in the Sofa because she was reading them and made her head ache and Sir Accel told Assistant Sophia to rest for awhile, while Accel reads one of the books in the shelves and studies them to finish the work they were given...
(Few Hours Later --- Afternoon)
Sophia Müller has woken up immediately and saw multiple shipgirls on Sir Accel's room, she saw the Leader of the Iron Blood Nation Bismarck, Bismarck's Sister Tirpitz, Prinz Eugen, Z23, Admiral Graf Spee, and Graf Zeppelin. And quickly noticed that they have a meeting with Sir Accel.

Tirpitz: You can also that use the shipgirls, but your own ships if you have it. But, regarding the ships you use especially yours, Sir Accel. We will only allow you to use Destroyers-Class or Cruiser-Class, if that is alright for you, Sir Accel?

Accel: Well, in order to catch those people attentions especially those people who don't like me or hate me or envy me or trying to get rid of me, I will show them what military might from my world will show them. (Evil Smile)

Bismarck: Really you have organize and understood all the military affairs of Iron Blood Naval Army, Sir Accel?
Accel: Yes, I have understood everything it was all easy. I am used to this kind of work like in my world. I also do military affairs for both ground, air, and water forces. For the sake of protecting my country (Philippines).

As the hours has passed by, I told to Assistant Sophia to take her leave to rest tonight while I will do the rest of the work. She happily accepted and left the room, as for Accel he open his Virtual Laptop and made a secret group chat with his friends in regards of their situation...
