Chapter 9
"Okay. Park the car in the parking lot."
Yousuf said to the driver and went inside the company himself.
She was walking on the road with fast steps. She could barely hold the water bottle in her hand. Her whole body was shivering badly.
She had just gone a little further when she saw a taxi.
After telling him the address, she boarded the cab and started to calm herself.
"So was this man that night???" She questioned herself.
"No…How could this man? No... No…But. Then why is this man going there?? Or does such a thing happen in his hotel?" She was fed up with her questions.

As soon as he entered the company, he faced the intense gaze of everyone, which he thought it best to ignore. He entered Alamgir's office.
"What's up with everyone?" He asked as he sat down and Alamgir burst out laughing.
"It is because of your son. Well, when did you come from the USA?"
"I came in the morning."
"Umm Shall I order tea?" He asked while connecting the call on the intercom.
"Yes. ask for it." He was quite tired.
"Alamgir. I don't understand anything. He is a strange kind of stupid person. The engagement is also broken by him."
"Is the engagement broken? But why?" Alamgir asked worriedly.
"He said that he had not expected that act from Sofia."
"Mr Yousuf, look, I'm getting suspicious of Ahan. You should find out about that girl. I think we should talk to her directly. Maybe she could tell us better about her and Ahsan's relationship?"
Hearing his advice, Mr Yousuf's mind was confused.
"I want to get out of this problem as soon as possible. That's it. I cannot bear this media controversy anymore. It may shut down our business soon."
"Yes, that's right, Yousuf sir. Hold a press conference in the morning. Tell Ahan that in front of everyone, say clearly about the girl that she has been sent by Zawar Shah. That's it."
Yousuf wasn't able to understand the mind of Alamgir. He got into conflict.
"Look, Yousuf Sahib. I had advised Ahan before that he should link the girl with Zawar Shah. The matter is over." Alamgir said as if it was something common.
"Alamgir? Are you okay? Why bring Zawar Shah into this problem now?" Yousuf was now feeling dizzy.
The clerk had brought tea. He took a cup of tea, took a sip, and calmed himself down.
**********
The matter is clear and straightforward. In two days, Zawar Shah took advantage of this whole issue. The media has discussed a trivial matter as if Ahan Yusuf is not a business person but a politician.
"Doesn't all this seem strange to you? In such a case, if the name of Zawar Shah is taken, then the account will be even. And anyway, this may be a trick of Zawar Shah."
He said to Yousuf without a preamble.
Yousuf was deep in thought after listening to him.
"Although everything is permissible in business, such an attack on someone's personality. This is not professional behaviour."
Both continued to argue, but neither of them knew what the outcome of this discussion would be. According to Alamgir, the accusation against Zawar Shah was wrong. To some extent, he was able to convince Yusuf Sir of his proposal, but both of them did not know that both this proposal and their decision were going to be left hanging in the air.

After doing so, she reached the office. Even in the meeting, she was barely able to finish her presentation. Everyone was feeling her condition. According to them, this attitude of hers was about Ahan and the controversy, but it was not like that. She had passed out once again in the accident that happened to her a few days ago.
As soon as the meeting was cancelled, Kiswa approached her.
"What happened? Are you OK?"
"Yes. I'm fine." She fixed her mood and spoke to her with a half-smile.
"Are you upset about last night's problem?" She derived it from herself.
"No. Nothing." She thought it best to ignore it.
Meanwhile, her mobile phone started ringing. The call was again from an unknown number.
"Hello?" She asked casually.
"Ms Rosie Haroon?" The caller asked quizzically.
It was known that he was talking on the mobile phone with a cloth, so his voice could not be recognized.
"Yes." She said simply.
"I want to talk to you."
"Yes, what's the matter?" She said, controlling his anger.
She was now leaving the office.
"Ms.! I need your time." He said without any reason.
"Are you crazy? Say whatever you want to say now. I have no time for wrong numbers like you." When she hung up the phone in anger, the face of the person on the other side was sad.
She signalled to the taxi driver and got into the cab.
The phone rang once more. "Oh, my goodness! What is your problem? Are you crazy?"
The taxi driver saw him through the car window.
"Oh, bruh! Drive your taxi."
She said with extreme anger, so the taxi driver focused on the road ahead.
"And You?? If you call me after this, be ready for the consequences," she said in an ominous tone.
"I want to meet you." On the other hand, Sameer spoke in deep depression.
Listening to his voice, she was surprised. "Why?"
"Please don't refuse. I will be waiting for you at Beach Brent Cross." He said that and hung up the phone.
Just last night, she had broken up her engagement with him. And now to meet him? How could this be? There was a lot of emptiness inside her. She was feeling extremely alone at that time.
Then she thought that there was no harm in meeting Sameer. But she didn't know that meeting Sameer now would keep her away from Sameer forever, but would bring another person closer to her in her life.

As soon as Sophia heard from her father that Ahan Yousuf had clearly said that he did not want to have anything to do with Sophia Kamal, she left her bungalow without thinking, took out the car, and arrived at Ahsan's bungalow.
Sajal and Kamal kept stopping her but her mind was completely out of control.
"Dad. Talk to Yousuf's uncle. What happened? Both will be married within a month. And now this decision of Ahan. There is a limit to everything," Sajal said to her dad.
"With what right should I justify Sophia's behaviour?"
to be continued....
