"Did you bring the stuff we need?" Alexander questioned, his face showing no emotion.
"Yeah, we've got it. Hand over the money first," the man in the black ninja outfit responded. Alexander glanced at Weston, giving him a look that conveyed what he needed to do next. Understanding the silent cue, Weston reached into his bag and pulled out a hefty leather bag. The bag was pretty heavy, weighing more than 10 kilograms, and it was stuffed full of gold coins.
"Give us the info first, then you can take your payment," Alexander declared his voice icy and firm tone.
"Fine," said the man in black. He reached into his pocket and tossed over a black scroll to Alexander. Cautiously, Alexander unfurled the scroll. One could never be too careful; the scroll might contain some sort of trap. But after a quick examination, he found it to be genuine.
