Stunned, Cristian stared at the wall as Aurora left the room.
He kept walking about, staring at everything with anger. Bolting out of his room, he marched to the sitting room.
"Cristian, you had a fight with Aurora, didn't you?"
Cristian halted. A woman who had twin ponytails came before him and pressed her palm to his chest. "Let go of this fear because it's hurting you. You act like you hate her but you love everything she does. Don't let fear of the future cause you so much pain."
"Where did she go?"
Catalina smiled. "Her usual crying spot."
In a flash of purple, he was gone. Great men were always great because they had no fear. They braved dangers and did the impossible because the future was uncertain but what if your death had been predicted?
How many could still be brave enough to do the same? Cristian always knew how treacherous his path was and how painfully true Oracles words were.
