"Who are you and what are you doing here?" one of the knights asked.
"Is it a crime to be in the wastelands, we are here to hunt, is there a problem with that" Lillian spoke.
"Elf...are you the one that cast the flame earlier, then why did you hide?" the other knight asked.
"What would you have done if you sensed hundreds of people running towards you in the wastelands," Lillian said.
"That's fair...you there, why aren't you speaking?" the knight asked Alfred.
"Must we all chat with you, and why are you blocking our way out? Or are you going to attack us?" Lillian asked.
"Of course not, we'll be on our way, can I see your face, you there," the knight said pointing at Alfred.
"It seems you are looking for a fight," Lillian said as she brought out both of her daggers.
"We just want to see his face and then we'll be on our way," the knight said as he walked forward, the other knight also walked towards them.
"Is something wrong?" one of the magic instructors asked, a male, and both of the knights stopped.
"We are trying to confirm their identity then we'll be on our way, but it seems they don't want to cooperate," the knight said.
"We just want to see your faces, If you have nothing to hide then comply and we'll be on our way" the mage spoke.
"Why do they need to see our faces, is something wrong?" Lewis asked Alfred.
"Get ready to run, and if they chase after you summon Xavier, and if he can't, try to summon the bone tiger you summoned before," Alfred said.
"Huh!! I don't think I can summon the bone tiger, last time was a mistake, and why would they chase after me?" Lewis asked.
"I'm going to break a hole in the wall and Lillian and I will engage them, run as far away as you can, and we'll catch up with you," Alfred said.
Lewis didn't know what was going on and none of them were prepared to tell him, his guess was that the knight would attack if they found out about Alfred but he didn't know why, but for now, he was going to run.
"Now..." Alfred shouted as he drew his sword and struck the wall in front of him.
>BOOM!!<
Lewis dashed through the broken wall immediately and the knights drew their swords out, Lewis dashed forward without looking back as he knew even though he wanted to fight he wouldn't be able to beat any of them.
"I hope they..." Lewis stopped abruptly and quickly drew his sword out.
In front of him were boys and girls around his age most of them holding a sword and the rest stood there waiting for him to make a move, he counted them and they were twenty all together.
"Were you trying to escape" a voice spoke from behind him.
Lewis quickly swung his sword but he slashed through air, the person who spoke was still a few meters from where he was but it felt like the voice was close to him, Lewis felt his heart racing and his breathing unstable.
"You are afraid, I thought you were a seasoned warrior but I guess you are just a boy" the female instructor spoke.
"What do you want with me?" Lewis asked.
"Do you know who you were traveling with?" the lady asked.
"Yes, is that a problem?"
"Stop acting tough, I can sense your Mana, and it isn't up to any of my students so you can't do anything, and I'll need you to come with me back to Elyria, we would certainly have a lot to discuss" the lady spoke.
"And you think I would come with you" Lewis scoffed.
"Capture him" the lady spoke and the students drew their swords while the mages readied their spells.
"Come forth Xavier" Lewis shouted and in front of him a skeleton formed, all the students stopped as they saw the white skeleton holding a sword.
"Necromancy at a young age, impressive, I see now why that criminal is interested in you," the lady said.
"Criminal...what the heck are you talking about" Lewis shouted.
"Uhmm...what's going on? where and we and why are these people trying to kill us" Xavier asked.
"Kill anyone that gets close" Lewis spoke.
"You think because you have a skeleton companion you are going to escape, I didn't want to join the fight but it seems I have no choice," the lady said as she raised her hands.
The cloud above Lewis's head began to darken and once clear blue sky Lewis could see had changed.
"It seems she has an affinity to wind, what do we do, we need to escape?" Lewis asked Xavier.
"I have an idea, I'll charge towards the lady and you run towards the students, shoot out a fireball big enough to make them give way, and then you escape," Xavier said.
"I would have done that if it would work, but they would chase after me and would surely catch up with me, I have a..."
>BOOM!!<
Before Lewis could finish his sentence, a bolt of lightning struck Xavier and shattered his bones to pieces.
