hearing that the soul was annoyed but controlled himself and asked "ok first who are you and where is this and what happened to me"
hearing his question, the humanoid figure looked at him and said "hoo that's a bit calm. for your answer. I'm an upper-level being who is supposed to regulate the cycle of rebirth back in this dimension you can call me admin and why you are here now is clear to you since you are dead"
