Chapter 86 - Trials

Other than the fact he could not explain the sudden event of the situation, Ethan's thoughts mirrored the players down the hill. 

Seeing as he was unharmed and brought directly to his initial destination, which was the temple, Ethan figured that defeating the undead knight was perhaps the qualification to enter the temple. 

Fortunately, he passed.

"I wonder how the others are reacting to my disappearance now," Ethan muttered but did not look back. 

Instead, he concentrated on the temple. 

Different from the surrounding ruin, the temple, although it looked old, was in better condition than the others. 

It was also clean, although it appeared to have fused with nature. Generally, it looked like the kind of place one would come to for inner peace. 

Even people who were not particularly religious would come here for the purpose of finding peace or wanting to be in a peaceful location.
