Although Amelie had a smile on her face, I could tell she wasn't very happy to meet Joye. She was a jealous lover, and she had made that clear on numerous occasions. If she was going to give me her love, it meant that I had to rid myself of any relationship outside ours. She was strictly against Anna, and now I was beginning to think the same.
"Welcome Joye." Amelie said after they were done with their handshake. "Care for a tour?"
"Yes, if you don't mind." Joye replied, and Amelie's smile broadened even further. I didn't interfere, it was best not to. Even trying to start a conversation with Joey could make Amelie snap, and I wasn't ready for her crazy mode just yet.
"This way." She said to Joye before leading her out of the living room.
