*Hollie Continent*

*Holy Kingdom*

*Cattlin Town*

Many hours had passed since Navir and Nancy had gone on their date and it was now night time once again, this day for Nancy would be one to remember, but it is unfortunate...

.""*Sob* *sniffle* *Sob* it's *sob* not fair *sniffle*"".

.""It's not fair Aaaa *sob*!"".

Deep into the town in a dark solitary alley Nancy was crying, balling her eyes out as the stringing break of her voice pulled at one's heart.

She sat in a fetal position with her back againt the wall, her feet nestled to her chest and her head resting on her knees, just from her presence one could feel she was severely hurt, maybe not in body but in spirit.

The floor under her flooded with crystal clear tears as she cried pitifully, it was truly heart breaking to hear.

.""*Sob* I...*sniffle* I hate you *sob* I hate you I hate you, I HATE YOU!!!"".

After carrying back their clothes to the Inn, Navir got himself cleaned up and whatnot and took Nancy out on the actual date which he did.

They walked around all through town buying food from street vendors, seeing the entertainment, enjoying themselves and even dining at a high-end restaurant.

Now it was night time and the two were walking up the street, Nancy was hugging Navir arm as she clung to him tightly with a bright smile on her face.

."This is the greatest night of my life, I didn't even know all that existed here and I've been in the town for five years now."Nancy said gratefully as she rest her face on his arms snuggling into him.

Navir glanced down at her."I'm glad you liked it, do you have someplace you want to go next, we still have some time."He said calmly but his posture was more relaxed and a slight smile could be seen at the corner of his lips.

Seeing this Nancy's heart fluttered, more than overjoyed, that smile meant more to her than anyone could ever know.'He's finally opening up to me a little bit isn't he.'She thought with a soft glowing smile of her own.

Nancy glanced around before she remembered a place, a dull light appeared in her eyes but feeling Navir's hand over her chest it brightened again."Come, I know a place where we can end our date, come with me."She said eagerly.

Following her lead they walked back down town, as they moved further way from everything and before he knew it Navir realized that they had left the town completely.

Soon they were standing on a tall hill where they could see the bright glowing beauty that is Cattlin town in the night, all the lamps that littered the street maded for an amazing sight to behold.

Navir gazed at it feeling a strange contentment within his heart, a soothing feeling to be precise, Nancy looked at it also."It's beautiful isn't it, this is my favorite spot, anytime I'm feeling down, I come here and look at the town from here."She said with melancholy.

."And it's, isn't it kinda sad and Ironic, the place that causes me so much misery that I have to run from it, is the place I gaze at from afar that brings me peace, *sigh*."Nancy said with a voice filled with self loathing and hate."You know sometimes I sit and wonder, would things be different if I was a human, maybe then I wouldn't be.."

Before Nancy could say more and lose herself in negativity she suddenly felt a warmth envelope her entire being, it was like along with her body her soul was held in a gently embrace.

Nancy could only be stunned as Navir wrapped his arms around her waist, the back of her head on his chest hearing his rhythmic beating heart beating slightly faster than before.

Before she knew, tears fell down her face, feeling something drip on her arm she was confused looking up at the sky, then she felt a warm liquid pool down her cheek.

.""It's ok, cry into my arms, it will feel better"".

No more words needed to be spoken, Nancy turned around and hugged Navir tightly, her face was buried in his chest and only her barely audible sobbing could be heard in the silent night along with the bugs.

Navir pat her back gently, maybe everything can indeed be solved with a hug, at least that's what Whitney said.

After a bit of time Nancy reluctantly pulled away from his chest wiping her tears, then she felt a finger on her cheek helping her clear them away, she gazed up with blurred vision but there's no way she wouldn't recognize even his vague silhouette.

."Feel better?."Navir asked still holding her not minding his tear soaken shirt, it will always dry but sadness would rust even a metal heart, he knew first hand, where he was also comforted the same way from Whitney.

Navir nodded shyly, she almost wanted to cry again but this time from joy, smiling it was even more radiant and beautiful than before."You're really a good person aren't you, I'm so thankful to have met you."She said truthly looking into his eyes.

With a sudden silence that echod loudly they both stared into each other eyes, his mysterious and beautiful green and her pure and sweet yellow, then, Nancy went on her tippie toes closing her orbs and getting closer to his face.

Navir's gaze faltered just a bit as he looked at her expectant face, then her lips, he moved his head down slowly only to pause at the last second with tightened fist.

."I'm sorry.."Navir muttered under his breath, a guilt terrorized his soul and could be seen in his eyes, whom was it towards, maybe even he might not know at this point.

In the silence of this hill even a whisper might be louder than one would expect and to Nancy it was like a bomb had gone off right infront her face.

Her body stiffened, her ears and shoulders slumped, her eyes remained closed and her heart all but fallen apart within her chest.

Slowly opening her eyes Nancy revealed hurt and broken glazed orbs."...Is it because..I'm not....human?."She asked softly with a lonely tone of desolation.

."No..I..I just cannot.."Navir responded, for the first time in a long time his voice lacked calm, power and confidence, before with Whitney it was firm because it was only her but now, he just doesn't know anymore.

Nancy bit down on her lips as tears trailed down her cheeks again, but this time they felt different, it was cold and it was angry, she raised her hand.

*Slap*!

Navir's head turned from the impact accepting the slap choosing not to avoid it which both he and Nancy knew he could, but he felt maybe this time he deserved it for being a giant dick.

."Lier....I hate you humans, all you humans do is lie, I should've known from the start, I am a fool."Nancy said with full venom, quick on her feet she disappeared running away, leaving behind once again but a single crystal tear.

Standing on the hill by his lonesome was Navir, his left cheek slightly pink, he touch it feeling a small stinging pain."I did not.."He said with a neutral glow taking shape back in his eyes, he stood there for the rest of the night in thought.

*Cattlin Town*

.""*Sob* I...*sniffle* I hate you *sob* I hate you I hate you, I HATE YOU!!!"".

Now in a random alley Nancy was crying her heart and soul out in a pain that wouldn't subside, like an itch that she just couldn't identify where it was coming from.

For probably the first time in her life, Nancy felt true hurt, she had grown up in hatred, born directly into it, her parents didn't like her, her clan didn't like her, she never made any friends.

Demi-humans found her strange and humans hated all demi-humans, but it had been that way from her birth so she knew nothing else, she had grown accustomed to it, numb.

Fate was usually so cruel, this was different, for the first time in her entire lonely and miserable existence she felt cherished, she felt loved and taken care of and by a beautiful human man no less.

But alas it seems love really was a fairytale, never ever lasts, it is always destined to change, though she enjoyed the dream while it lasted, maybe it was time to give up.

Nancy's hands lost power falling to her side, her spirit in agony, her heart in pieces and her body all but given up, no more, it was time to exit the unfair game that is life.

."...I've had enough..I can't..do this anymore..it's.. too much for me alone..this time..I can't..*sniffle*."Nancy spoke to herself in a slowly dying tone, it seems this wasn't the first time she had come to this conclusion, the one and only solution when all hope is lost.

Gazing around with dead orbs that were once lively and filled with unique vibrancy she spot some broken shards of glass by a barbage can.

More tears dripped from her eyes and Navir flashed in her mind once again, then hatred."I hope you find my bleeding corpse and feel guilty."She said her last words with a purity that of a malevolent saint, quickly she picked up the glass and without hesitation plunged it straight into her throat.

*Puh*!!!

*Spurt*!!!

*Thud*

Falling over to her side Nancy bled out on the dirty alley floor, her eyes wide open and instantly blurring, images of Navir was the only thing playing out in her mind speaking volumes to the solitude of her life, he was the only one good towards her.

The one and only good thing she had ever experienced, the only one.

As her vision faded away, she began to feel guilty, what if Navir really saw her would he feel bad, her eyes closed down but just before they did she saw a silhouette walking in her direction.

.'Oh no, Navir..don't look at me'.

.""Oh mai, would ya look at this"".

Walking into the darkness of the alley a shadowed figure could be seen, his body flickering like light and a large ever present smile could be seen as his face appeared to ripped open.

.""A bunny girl, how tragic, killing ha own self for what exactly, hmm who cares really, hahahaa"".

The shadowy figure them went silent looking at Nancy bleeding out, he could still feel a bit of life force in her surprisely.

.""She is pretty lively, well not for long hahaha, *ahem* why do I always make these stupid obvious jokes, I have to work on that"".

.""Hmm, I'll bring your body along, I'm in a good mood today so why not I'll throw you into the heap, a good deed or two goes a long way after all, whether you're dead or not doesn't matter"".

The shadow them smiled again waving at the dead Nancy, a dark substance covered her body and she disappeared, then the shadow man too faded away into the void whistling as he did.

*Outside Cattlin Town*

*Small Hill*

*Next Day*

As the sun rose from the east, the beautiful day appeared bringing warmth and joy to all, the birds sung happy tunes and the wind blew gently gracing the skin of whoever was fortunate enough to be nestled in it's embrace.

Though not everyone enjoyed this new day the same, still on the hill by a tree, Navir was still in the same spot only changing positions as he now sat cross-legged.

He sat, calmly overlooking the town the entire night, just in thought but wasn't necessarily thinking, he was just letting his thoughts happen, sleep was the least of his worries having once spent weeks without so much as closing his eyes for a few seconds.

."...Am I wrong..?."Navir asked himself out of the blue, his eyes doubtful and innocently curious, didn't he do the right thing, as he was taught, one must only have a single partner in their entire lifetime, when they die you die also.

Her copped his chin looking at the ants that roamed the ground."But even then, Whitney, Hm...what did I do wrong???."He asked tilting his head slightly.

."Did I have to, even if I didn't want to?."Navir said gazing at the ants that crawl like soldiers giving reminiscent memories of what he once was, a remote control drone.

As he once again became lost in thought he eventually stood up, stretching his back a little he looked at the town."I should go find her at least, she, might be hungry."He said walking down the hill.

Quickly he returned to town and headed for the Inn, as he entered he was rushed by a panicked and worried Elderfox Martha.

.""Boy, where were you lot, why didn't you come back and at least say you were standing out the entire night, I was so worried about you two!"".

Navir stood accepting the talking to then he frowned noticing something in her words."Two, rude bunny came back herself."He said looking around.

."Huh, rude bunny, nevermind that, what are you talk about, Nancy haven't returned since yesterday, I thought you two were still out?."Elderfox Martha said as a fresh waves of worry wash over her.

Navir stood in silence, he turned around calmly, walked out the door and left the Inn once again, stepping back out into the morning streets his feet moved on their own.

After walking for a bit he arrive by a familiar alley, the one where he found her out in the cold once before and when he took her in as one of his own, maybe he was just a bit too kind though.

Navir walked into the alley with a glazed gaze, he slowly stepped as he viewed behind the garbage that was there and saw nothing bringing only disappointment.

."Hmm."Navir then notice something with his trained and sharp eyes, broken glass in a heap, then a singular piece by itself some feet away with a hint of something red, he picked up the piece looking at it.

Navir gazed at this broken shade, how could he not recognize that sweet metallic scent of pure blood, definitely less than a day old."Computer, can you recognize this blood?."He asked calmly.

[*Pingu* Pixel Computer Can Indeed Recognize These Bloodcells, They Were Analyzed When Code name rude bunny Was On The 9Ether Adventurer's body, It Is Lifeless]

He nodded, that was all he needed to know, his eyes closed as he took a deep breath."Computer, was someone else here..."He asked again as he snapped open his green piercing eyes.

.""*Pingu* Yes"".

*Whooshhhh*!!!

A wind blew through the alley way and the sound of clenched knuckles echoed into the sky, an expression that hasn't been witnessed on Navir face in a long time appeared, a demonic fury and rage.

He lift his foot high and brought it down on the ground.

*Booom*!!!

An explosion like sound rung out and the ground beneath him caved in creating a 3 meter crater in the alley, then he walked out."I will find whoever is responsible and erase them along with everything in the vicinity."He said, walking out the alley.
