It was mere minutes after Lily had left, after contemplating the orders I had given. It was then that I gave one last command.
I summoned forth one of the burrowers, that could understand me quite well.
He appeared after maybe... twenty or so minutes of waiting. And even then, after all of that waiting. He still was covered in dirt. Not that I really cared.
"Hey buddy~" I sang, letting the burrower come closer to me before I put him in a sort of pseudo headlock.
So that he couldn't escape me.
"You remember those sewer systems, yes?"
He nodded and smiled, as if it was the greatest joy that he could have. And I smiled too. Only my smile didn't quite reach my eyes.
All three of my tails seemed to swish back and forth with excitement. And mere moments later the burrower stopped and tilted his head. As if there was something behind me.
I looked and saw that it was some creature that was banging on the shields.
