My hand parted from her hair, an addictive touch that left her wanting for more. For so much more. Only to be denied as Lily whined. Her voice oh so sweet.
"Stay will you~"
It was tempting, by god it was tempting. A mewling Lily, her eyes lidded as she reached an arm for my own. I want to stay, I wanted to so much. But there was more... more important things to do.
And that was why I had to leave. Through the winding and undefined tunnels, through the small entrance and exit that lead back to the ground. And further still, through the winding halls of the small house it was placed within.
The fresh air, I had smelt it only a moment ago. Not even that, a mere hour as my hand crushed that neck of his. Ending the war and signaling the retreat of that army.
Yet it was not like this. This clear air, not stinking of the horrid smell of blood. Where each step was guaranteed to find me drowning in that crimson liquid.
