I bounced, once twice, thrice, then a fourth time. Each and every one of them was followed by some sort of taunt. One that ridiculed the wolf against me.
He wanted to say that he should be the favorite. That he was worthy of the spot as the favorite summon.
All I could do against that was scoff, there was no one that could go against my position. I was the only one that he named, the only one that the creator allowed to ride on his neck. I was loved by him more than anyone.
Well except for Lily but that was a special case.
My body went up and down, all with the ebb and flow of the earth below me. A monster that had tried to challenge me for the prestigious title of best summon. Heh- little did he know that it was predetermined.
That no matter what I would be the favorite.
