Was there a greater joy than to lie in the embrace of a loved one. Of the warmth they gave those that even graced the skin of their heart.
A warmth many felt at the beginning of their life, a touch of a mothers heart. Her love and affection was so overwhelming that nothing in the world ever felt the same. As if it was only in their embrace that you could find true peace.
For many that was true, in their hearts, so veiled by the curtain they held aloft that even they may not admit it.
But to the others, to the many that had never felt such an embrace. They could not help but scoff and condemn those that so willingly divulged of that affection in search of carnal pleasures.
Ones that would never live to the voice of the others. It was here that I found myself, thoughts philosophical and not filled my head with delusions of a better life.
