"Why are you following me!" the girl angrily yelled. Her sword swung towards my face. Although it was sheathed and not deadly at all.
I merely sidestepped, my body out of the way before she could even complete the arc.
"I told ya, you're interesting and I wanna find out why."
She glared at me as she stormed off in some random direction. Killing off any mermen she found in her way. I just joined her.
I walked behind her and merely followed. I let her do her thing as I did my own. I didn't kill any of the mermen though.
There was something going on. And I felt it would be counterproductive to kill them myself.
But if I just let her kill them, well it wasn't me was it, they couldn't blame me for anything.
And too soon were my predictions right as something did happen. An explosion, dust flung through the air as a spear was impaled into the concrete in front of us.
A glare leveled towards the girl and I. But I merely smiled at him.
