"I know" I said, raising my hand in the air, a preempt to the inevitable questions that Damien would have for me.
A smirk hit my face too, watching as his mouth slowly closed and the finger that he held in order to prompt himself fell to the wayside.
I then waved my hand to the side and had him sit to the side of me. He did so and I finally opened my mouth to explain.
"Technology, that's your job, it always has been since you appeared. This… this is just making it a bit more official."
He thought for a moment before he opened his hand and brought forth an illusory painting. An invention I had not yet seen from him.
And upon further inspection it showed a complete map of our territory, filled with the locations of each and every citizen. Of every defense and weapon that lay hidden in the territory.
