"Are you ready, Dani?" Vincent asked as he reached for my hand.
I nodded, saying, "Of course. Knowing you're my partner for today and forever, I'm always ready."
He chuckled as he guided me downstairs. "Don't you think that's a little bit cheesy?"
I rolled my eyes. "Says the person who kept calling and texting me right after leaving. Aren't you a little bit clingy, Anthony?"
We stopped at the end of the staircase, and he faced me. "You look stunning with your wrap-around dress, by the way. Although, you still look gorgeous even with your messy hair and gounds forming on your eyes."
"Is that a compliment? You were the one who bought me this dress, so I ought to wear it on my special day." I wrapped my hands around his arm. "Shall we?"
"So, what did Jessa and the others say? I'm really sorry for not inviting them today. I already planned to celebrate with them," I questioned.
