Preshley stayed still in his arms as he devoured her lips, remembering he kissed Lesley last night at the frat house and maybe had sex with her got her back to her senses as she pushed him off her and what followed next was a blinding slap which turned Charles cheek the other way his face bent downward
"The next time you try this fucking shit with me again Charles, I'm going to call the cops on you" she spat just as the siren of the ambulance could be heard outside as the medics rushed in with two stretcher, laying Emerald on it they rushed outside while the other stretcher had Lesley as they wheeled her out she made to touch Charles who stood at the entrance watching Preshley, but he jerk his hands of hers as left angrily he badly needed to destroy things but he can't do it on the road he hid away from the eyes of people as he teleported right back into his room, smashing the mirrors it broke into pieces he picked the chair and table smashing it on the ground as they broke too, his eyes were a darker shade of his normal red eyes his powers were going biserk as it affected the weather which turn dark as thunder clap was heard, his body was literally on fire he was no longer in control of his power anymore
Charlie got into the room as he looked at the mess created
"How ironic that you can flirt and fuck around but she can't I can see you have finally gone nut to destroy this room, it's a good thing she stood up to you I hope that slap can help reset your brain back to default mode, at least you know how she felt when you were smooching and kissing Lesley in the frat house last night" Charlie mocked which seemed to anger Charles more cause he faced him as he threw fiery balls of fire towards him Charlie only smiled
"It was nice watching you get so angry because of your mate, I wish to see this part of you everyday it's really entertaining" Charlie said with a wave of hand the balls dissolved and Charles felt weak he knew better than to talk so he glared at him
"You should know better Charles I'm stronger than my father and your power is no match for me so I will advice you stop this madness, you are my friend okay and I wouldn't want to hurt you don't make me do it

"Once you calm down the spell I cast on you would wear off" he added before teleporting out of the room. Charles screamed loudly punching the wall till he bled from his knuckles as he fell on his knees breathing heavily, slowly tears came out of his eyes pouring out his emotions

"No doctor, he was beaten up by a group of thug" Preshley lied looking at Emerald
" Your bones are broken badly, three ribcage broken and your legs will have to take a break cause you can't move in this condition, you will have to use the wheelchair for a while till your bones are in good shape" the doctor said causing a loud gasp to escape Preshley lips
"I'm so sorry Emerald is all my fault" Preshley muttered with an apologetic tone as she broke into tears, Emerald pulled her closer though with difficulty and hugged her
" Pretty girls don't cry, you did nothing so stop blaming yourself, you look ugly with the tears" Emerald cooed, slowly her tears subsided all this while the doctor just watch them with a smile
" Your girlfriend really cares about you, you are so lucky" the doctor said
"She's not my girl..... Why won't I be worried he got beaten because of me, and I care about him a lot that's why I feel awful" Preshley said cutting off Emerald who had a look on his face
"You don't have to worry about him all you have to do is take care of him and make sure he takes his medicine on time, luckily there was no internal injuries" the doctor assured before leaving them alone in the ward. There was a long awkward silence in the room, Preshley avoided his eyes as she picked on her nails while Emerald just stared at her
" I already call the guys they will be here" Preshley finally broke the silence just as the door swung open with Paige running in looking breathless obviously she ran all the way here
" Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Paige rushed all the questions at once inspecting Preshley for any scars or injury Preshley pushed her off gently
"I'm fine Paige but I can't say the same for Emmy, it's all my fault that my stupid and heartless crush did that to him and I couldn't help my best friend" Preshley said resuming the water works, Paige pulled her closer on her chest as she pat her hair, in no time Paige shirt was already soaked with tears and Preshley was not stopping any time soon with the corner of her eyes she could see Emerald writhing in pain and she felt pained seeing him that way, giving Preshley hair a fell more stroke she broke from the hug going over to Emerald, why have she been so cold to her best friend she could still remember in elementary school the three of them use to be best of friends but all that broke apart in high school when Emerald fell inlove with her breaking her code of "don't fall inlove with me" Emerald was not the regular guy she could play games with, it was only bad she couldn't reciprocate his feelings, she hugged him so tight forgetting he was in pain "how she had miss this" she thought, Emerald let out a satisfactory smile
" She still cares about me and our friendship" Emerald thought as he slowly wrapped his arms around her
"I'm so sorry Emmy, I promise that I would break of all of his bones when I see him for hurting my friend" she muttered still hugging him Preshley smiled as she watched them but her mind went back to Charles she couldn't shake off the thought that she saw him super sped "does that means he is not human" she thought and when he claimed her earlier she felt strange but what was more shocking was the boldness she use in talking back at him she had never raised her voice at anyone but she did today " he's a jerk so he deserves it" she mumbled to herself but the kissing scene flooded her memory, she was sure she felt her heart skipped, she felt butterflies, the way his lips had moved over hers felt so different from the regular kisses she had, it felt so right like he was the man for her alone with that thought she let out a broad smile
"And can I asked where you fantasy have taken you to for you to smile like a moron in love" Paige asked invading her thought

" You should stop thinking about foolish things Presh we are better off without her, she can go hang herself for all I care" Paige said still clinging to Emerald
"It's almost time for your duel with Charlie you should go" Emerald said as she looked up at him
" I don't want to go any more you are hurt, or by chance are you chasing me away" Paige asked wriggling her brows questionily at him
"I'm not chasing you away Paige I just want you to go up there and kick someones ass" Emerald defended while she thought for a while
" I know you are in pain Emerald but I want you there, you are still my best friend can you please come" Paige asked keeping a puppy face as she blinked cutely with her lips puckered as she looked from one person to the other "come watch me kick his ass" she added Emerald gave up in surrender how can he refuse her when she's all he wants
" Fine we'll come now hurry along, you have less than 2 hours, dress up to kill okay make them lose their mind" Preshley ordered while Paige nodded
"Yes mom" she said sarcasm dripping earning chuckles from both of them
"I'll he searching for you both with my eyes" Paige said detaching herself from Emerald as she saunterer out of the ward emerald and Preshley burst in to laughter
"She's back to the playful Paige we knew before Layla story popped up" Preshley said while Emerald nodded

Eddie appeared in LACM looking around as he tried to catch a whiff of Charlie scent, when Paige ran past him in her leather skirt, a white bratop and a ripped black jean jacket, her white boots and the black hat concealing her hair complimented her dressing, Eddie stopped sand stared at her, "she looks different but have a strong aura around her" Eddie thought but shook it off when the scent he was looking for hit his nose he smiled as he traced it to the large music hall, he blended with the crowd so Charlie won't smell him out, Preshley came in wheeling Emerald looking beautiful as ever and he as hot as usual, THE VOICES came in behind them seems like they all came from the hospital with him, THE TRIPLE VOICES also came in with the boys band, non of THE ROYALS were present Lila because she didn't feel like, Lesley because she was still in the hospital and Layla because she was cooking up a plan to sabotage the duel and finally eliminate Paige from the face of the Earth, Charles came in looking remorseful and pale his eyes sighted Emerald who Preshley was all over he took his eyes away from them as he sat on his seat in the front row.
Paige smiled when she saw her best friends she waved at them and then at the other bands this was her chance to put Charlie under her control she thought as she stared at Charlie who looked calm.
If only she knew tonight would be the end of Paige and the beginning of Shakira Drake a split personality she would gone home and had a good sleep, but here she was smiling widely when everything about her life was about to take a drastic turn.
Elsa stepped into the hall and immediately smelt an evil aura around the hall her eyes trailed round but all she saw was anxious waiting student, she couldn't see it but she could feel it.
