"Is this idiot serious?" Asked Freyja softly as she turned and glanced at Grand, who shrugged his shoulders while placing three cards down.
"Go seaking, Freyja." Replied Grand lightly as he covered his cards, preventing his opponents from cheating.
"You should be careful with your words, Freyja; that 'idoit', is our Captain." Said Laffitte with a dangerous smile as he looked at Freyja while glancing at her cards, causing her to roll her eyes before resting her chin on her hand after propping it onto the table.
"What did you say, ~Darling~?" Asked Freyja seductively as she licked her lips and blew Laffitte a kiss while winking, causing his pale face to take on a deep red hue.
"Can you not seduce him while we're playing the game? I'm close to winning." Said Kuzan lightly as he released a frosty breath while holding two cards in his hands, causing Freyja to nod with a faint chuckle.
"Zehahaha, you call me an idiot, but only an idiot would refuse the chance to join hands with arguably the strongest pirate to ever live in an attempt to destroy the very government that rules the world!" Stated Blackbeard with a grin as he lowered his arms while glancing at Freyja, who placed two cards down while nodding in agreement.
"Hoho, we can't fault that logic. Though, it is still yet to be decided if Captain will allow you permission to join us." Remarked Sebas with a faint chuckle as he sipped tea with Reiju, Shot, Devon, and Janet while glancing at Blackbeard, who turned and glanced at Diddy.
"Hmph, you've tried to kill us… Twice! Not to mention, you dared to form an alliance with Big Mom and Shanks." Stated Mael with a deep frown as he sat opposite of Shiryu before glancing at Blackbeard, who smirked.
"But I lost, and Kong is still alive; no harm, no foul, that's how I see it." Said Blackbeard with a shameless smile, one that caused Scar and Auger to roll their eyes.
"He's crazy if he thinks that will work." "Oh, trust me, you've seen nothing yet." Said Auger and Scar, respectively, as the former shook his head while the latter gave him an amused expression.
"You can join us if you fight me!" Yelled Chala with a feral expression as she lunged at Blackbeard from seemingly nowhere, only for Burgess to intercept her.
"Uiihahaha, you can fight me instead, Ice Queen!" Stated Burgess with a smile as he blocked Chala's punch, causing the entire fortress to shake violently.
"Oi, Chala! What did I say about fighting in the fortress!? If you're going to fight, do it outside, or I'll put a bullet between your eyes!" Stated Trenza firmly as she peeked her head into a window while standing atop Pandy's forked tongue, her words causing Chala to grunt in annoyance.
"Hmph, c'mon, let's take it outside!" Said Chala with a faint smirk as she kicked off Burgess, launching herself through a wall while he followed right after her, laughing along the way.
"This stupid little bitch!" Said Trenza through gnashed teeth as she glared at the hole in the wall, only to retract her head from the window while leaving.
"So, what's your decision, Captain?" Asked Mael as he folded his arms and glanced at Diddy, sitting beside Pizarro, who was behaving with caution.
"Hmm, what are you talking about?" Replied Diddy with a raised eyebrow as he carried a tray of food while stepping on Doc Q, who was lying on the ground.
"Ouch!" Muttered Doc Q as he rolled onto his side, rubbing his back in pain.
"About Blackbeard joining the Grandfleet. God, were you paying even the slightest bit of attention?" "No, I was getting food; I always ignore whatever conversation is happeningwhilem eating." Remarked Freyja in annoyance as she slammed her head onto the table before glaring at Diddy, who sat beside Devon while shoveling food into his mouth.
"Such a beautiful face; I'd love to add it to my collection." Said Devon softly as she leaned closer to Reiju, who gave her an unamused look before shaking her head.
"Haven't you heard the warnings that beautiful things are usually poisonous?" Said Reiju with a small smile as she dangerously eyed Devon, who licked her lips in desire, though she kept her distance, not daring to make a move when Diddy sat beside her.
"Anyways, yeah, sure, whatever; the Blackbeard pirates can join, I don't really care. The more, the merrier." Said Diddy lightly with a shrug of his shoulders as he glanced at Freyja and Blackbeard before shifting his focus to Devon.
"Are you related to Usopp?" Asked Diddy curiously as he observed Devon, who shook her head in confusion.
"No. I only had older sisters, though I killed them all since they were more beautiful than me." Replied Devon with a crazy expression as she looked at Diddy, who swallowed a slab of meat while raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, I can see that; you should just put a bag over your face. Your face is ugly, but you've got a sexy body. Kind of like that mirror woman from the Big Mom pirates; actually, speaking of her, did you kill her, Mael, or is she still alive?" Remarked Diddy lightly as he ogled Devon's voluptuous physique before looking at Mael with a curious expression.
"No, she's hiding somewhere within her mirror world." Replied Mael lightly as he glanced at Diddy, who nodded while Janet snapped her fingers.
"You mean Brulee Captain? You think she is hot?" "No, of course not. She's ugly, but her body is pretty good." Said Janet and Diddy, respectively, as she looked at him while he shook his head, though his words caused a certain succubus to flaunt her curves.
"So, how are mine, Diddy?" Asked Freyja with a lustful expression as she stood up while trialing her hands across her voluptuous curves, causing everyone to silently stare at her with desire.
Blankly looking at Freyja, I rolled my eyes and opted not to respond; after all, she already knew the answer to her question, and I also didn't really like admitting it.
'Tsk, I wished I had known; I would've force-fed that fruit to Trenza.' Thought Diddy in slight annoyance as he continued to devour his food while Freyja chuckled in amusement, her angelic voice snapping everyone out of their daze.
"Is it just me, or has Freyja gotten even sexier?" "Was such a thing even possible?" Asked Janet and Reiju, respectively, as they glanced at each other before wordlessly looking at Freyja, who continued to play go seaking.
Quickly finishing my food, I tossed the tray out the hole Chala had made and did a bit of stretching before growling, grabbing everyone's attention.
"When is the next full moon?" Asked Diddy as he pointed at Sebas, though before he could respond, Auger beat him to it.
"In approximately 11 days." Replied Auger lightly while wiping his rifle, causing Diddy to grumble under his breath in annoyance before grunting.
"Tsk, I was hoping it would be closer. Anyways, in 11 days, we will invade Mariejois; Sebas, inform Kaido of our plan, and tell him about the Blackbeard pirates." Ordered Diddy as he glanced at Sebas, who lightly nodded before turning around and exiting through the hole in the wall.
Exiting the lounge, I leaped into the air, passing Burgess and Chala's fight as I continued to propel myself higher into the sky, and after a few seconds, I had returned to atop Zou, where Nimbus was floating.
Entering my cloud, I emerged on the other side, only to see thousands of faintly glowing eyes, yet by blinking, I was able to clearly see within the dark as I eyed every single Mink staring at me with intense ferocity.
"So good news. We've arrived at Marineford…" Said Diddy loudly, his words causing a glimmer of hope and relief to appear within the Minks eyes, yet it was only bound to be ruthlessly crushed.
"... However, we'll be invading Mariejois on the night of a full moon, which is in 11 days, so I'm sure you all know what that means, right? 10 more days of fun training!" Added Diddy with a feral grin, his words causing the numerous minks' expressions of hope and relief to suddenly vanish.
"AHHH! I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS!!" Yelled Carrot in unbridled fury as she kicked the air, rapidly approaching Diddy, who raised his hand, blocking her initial attack, though it merely served as a catalyst.
"KILL HIM!" "I DON'T CARE IF I DIE; I'M TAKING YOU WITH ME!" "I'M GOING TO TEAR YOUR GUTS OUT AND EAT THEM!" Yelled the thousands of Minks in furious rage as they ignored their exhausted and wounded bodies and dashed towards Diddy.
"Heheheh, time to step it up a notch; I think it's about time you all start learning to better use haki." Said Diddy with a feral grin as he yanked Carrot to him before headbutting her with enough force it cracked her skull and knocked her unconscious.
Now that their bodies were strong enough, I stopped dodging their attacks; instead, I purposefully allowed myself to get, yet in the end, no matter how many attacks landed upon my body, their lackluster haki couldn't even draw blood, let alone leave a flesh-wound.
'Heh, this is what training is for.' Thought Diddy with a smirk.
