Chapter 70 - Chapter 69

The sun had long set, casting the streets in deep shadows as Travis made his way back to the quiet community pool. The exhaustion from the day weighed on him, and he yearned to just get home, unwind, and let the events of his "first time" sink in. It was a lot to process, and he needed to think it all through with a clear head.

Thinking about it now, though, he felt a stir of arousal, and he quickly adjusted his stance, hiding any obvious signs as he neared his destination.

A hint of excitement flickered within him as he realized he'd soon be wrapping up his "arc" with Ms. Bissette. Finishing things with her would mean he could focus on new goals, shifting his sights to the school. By the time he was done, he'd have made his way through a fair number of the women in this town—maybe even Debbie and Jenny. He wasn't entirely sure yet, but he knew he wanted to complete his list and then, eventually, retire from this… lifestyle.

As he reached the community pool, he vaulted over the fence with ease, landing silently on the other side. The pool stretched out before him, calm and still under the moonlight, its surface reflecting the faint glow of the nearby streetlights.

'Hmm, where is she?' he wondered, scanning the dimly lit area. Suddenly, he heard the faint creak of a door opening, and instinctively ducked behind a row of lounge chairs, blending into the shadows.

From his hiding spot, he saw the lifeguard walk out, wrapped in a towel that clung to her damp skin. She climbed up to the top of the diving platform, her silhouette outlined against the night sky as she stood poised above the still water, oblivious to his presence.

She slipped off her towel as she ascended the stairs, unveiling her bare, graceful figure beneath the moonlight. When she reached the top, she paused, poised for a moment before diving smoothly into the water, her form cutting through with practiced ease. Travis smirked, capturing a few discreet photos from his vantage point—because these days, he knew, some stories needed evidence to be believed.

He moved closer to the edge of the pool, waiting for her to surface. As her head broke through the water, he called out with a smirk, "Yo!"

Zoey froze, her heart sinking at the familiar voice. She wiped the water from her eyes and squinted up at him, his face a vague shape in the low light.

"Gotta say, it's pretty surprising to find an exhibitionist in our quiet town," he teased, hands casually in his pockets. "Then again, there's that lady who runs around half-dressed, so I guess you're not the wildest thing here. Still, doing this in a public server… you like a bit of risk, huh?"

Zoey blinked, finally able to focus on Travis and the image on his phone screen. Her frown deepened, and she crossed her arms. "What do you want?"

Travis shrugged, his expression nonchalant. "Nothing much. Just, you know… access to this pool late at night. Only me."

She studied him for a moment, then swam over to the side of the pool, water cascading down her body as she slowly climbed the steps. Each step was deliberate, her movements smooth, almost mesmerizing as the water traced down her skin. Travis's gaze followed, unable to resist the allure of her silhouette glistening in the faint glow.

Zoey picked up her towel and wrapped it around herself, then approached him, her wet hair dripping slightly as she stood in front of where he crouched. Her eyes held a hint of defiance, yet there was curiosity there too. Travis, still crouched, took his time, admiring the view from below before finally standing to his full height, towering over her.

She glanced up, momentarily taken aback by how tall he was up close. An amused smile tugged at her lips as she recalled noticing him during her shift—a guy who had caught her attention, only now realizing it was him.

'Guess it's a win-win,' she thought with a private grin.

"Deal?" Travis prompted, raising an eyebrow.

Zoey nodded, giving him a wry smile. "Yeah, just make sure you use the lifeguard's room next time when you're changing. Don't want any surprises."

Travis chuckled, nodding. "Weird request, but sure. Guess I'll be heading out then. Wouldn't want to interrupt your… skinny dip."

With a final smirk, he turned, striding toward the exit, leaving her standing by the water's edge as the night deepened around them.

As Zoey watched him walk away, she smiled to herself, whispering, "I can't wait to gobble him up."

Meanwhile, Travis made his way home, slipping inside quietly and heading straight up to his room. Dropping his stuff, he went to the bathroom for a shower, letting the hot water wash away the night.

'I'm not even tired,' he mused. 'Guess that feeling's long gone for me.'

After finishing his shower, he returned to his room and set up at his computer, diving into his latest online projects. With each transaction, his bank account ticked upward, the rhythm of his work bringing a sense of calm. Eventually, the focus began to fade, and he felt his eyes grow heavy.

'I guess my mind's tired at least. Still gotta keep grinding though.'

...

The next morning, his phone buzzed on his desk, vibrating insistently. Groggy, he reached over, squinting at the screen to see Aunt Diane's name flashing across it.

'Damn, I almost forgot about her.'

He answered, bringing the phone to his ear. "Yeah?"

"Travis! Are you doing well?" Her voice was warm but carried an edge of urgency.

"I'm alright. What's up?"

"I need you at my place as soon as possible."

He glanced at the clock. "Alright. I'll be there before ten."

"Good. See you then," she said, hanging up promptly.

Travis sat up, stretching out the stiffness from last night. His stomach growled, the loud rumble echoing through the quiet room.

'Guess I better get some food,' he thought, pushing himself up.

He headed downstairs, his shirtless frame catching the attention of Debbie and Yumi, who sat together at the kitchen table, chatting over their morning coffee. They both paused, eyes trailing over him as he walked in, and he gave them a casual greeting as he began preparing breakfast, fully aware of their glances.

'Right… I still have to grab that dumb pocket pussy for Erik,' he thought, smirking slightly as he assembled his meal.
