Midas immediately used [Hidden Divinity] to erase his presence from the creature's senses and then he moved, getting out of the way of the massive maw with jagged rows of teeth that threatened to chew him up and swallow him whole.
But it seemed the Orca had other plans, as the water that had been moving normally so far, raining down after being pulled up, stopped moving entirely in the air, and Midas after seeing this, could not help but get a bad feeling, as if if he ever touched these water droplets that were everywhere around him, the whale would immediately know where he was.
And he was right as the whale that was still descending, having lost sight of Midas, roared, suddenly prompting the water droplets that had paused in the air like that one scene in The Matrix, to start rotating all around it and move erratically.
