Midas lingered on the outskirts of the city for a while, getting himself ready to start his work. And then when he was finally ready for it, he took a moment to get his mind ready before he too on the mission. Okay, it was time.
Midas stirred the darkness within him, and then when he finally exposed the Source, he drew upon it As he did, a flood of energy came out, pouring through his Soul and out into his Extant Domain. Midas immediately began controlling it, using an EF to convert it to other forms of Energy that all flooded every Root at once.
As he did this, Midas felt his power grow, slowly, and steadily, and he was once again met with an incredible thing that he could not understand. The Energy was so pure and so amazing. Even more amazingly, Midas was only drawing upon the floor of 0.1% of its flow potential. And yet it was overflowing.
