Midas read these and understood what was being asked of him immediately. After all, he had learned about this in the Limitless Library.
The first option, Upgrade and Energy Formation was for Upgrading an ENergy formation, and it would ask Midas for an EF and some AC and in exchange it would upgrade the EF based on the AC he provided. That meant that upgrading an EF from Tier 1F to Tier 1E was cheap, but from 1F to 2F was very expensive.
