Midas's scarlet eyes gleamed in amusement as he flitted past the hallways, as usual being greeted by people who asked for his advice on certain issues that had to do with the Clan's current preparations for their enemies.
Midas would act as the perfect wall to bounce ideas off of, listening to their questions and diving eeper into their needs to find the correct solutions to every problem. WHen asked where he was going, Midas would say he was looking around, but he knew exactly where he was going.
After a while, Midas finally started on his true path, and he kept his aura and presence drawn in, masking his presence from everyone around him, but he still kept his wits about him, spreading out his perception.
As he neared Sam's office, a sly grin spread on his face… Oh my god… What do we have here?
