"Congratulations sir Raymond Nemickas! for winning the Nobel Prize for your genius invention that we shall call the 'NeuroChip', your invention has shaken the scientific community due to its remarkable features and functions--"
Raymond was currently in his super advanced AI-automated car as he was watching the program he was at yesterday.
"They are all already this baffled by that meager prototype? Maybe I'll really enjoy their reactions once my most priced invention enters the world stage!....Hehe"
Raymond vocally and excitedly ponders as he was shocked by how the prototype he barely worked on was already this well-recieved by the general populace.
He then put his phone down beside him after he finished watching the Nobel Prize announcement program, he then turned to look outside his car window, it was currently nighttime with the moon out.
*RING *RIIING
His phone rang as it broadcasts an incoming call.
His hands grabbed the phone as if by instinct and immediately answered the call.
"Hello? Carl is this you? I already told you that you shouldn't dare call me if you have not even finished building that machi-"
His words were cut short by a raspy anonymous voice.
"Raymond Nemickas....i'm curious as to what your last words will be so i called you...."
Raymond's heart stopped after hearing what the anonymous voice just said as he then turns to look outside the window, there was nothing but the cliff, the moon, and some bushes outside.
He turned his head to view the empty front seats, the only thing that he could see was the AI-controlled steering wheel and the right side seat full of gifts from his birthday party earlier this day.
There was only silence inside the car as another droplet of sweat trickles down from the side of his head.
He turns to look at his smartphone on his trembling hands with his shaking eyes.
His heartbeats were rising in intensity by the seconds, accompanied by his heavy raspy breathing. To his terror, these were the only thing he could hear at this point.
The caller name on the screen of his phone set the gears inside his brain as he then processes the information from within his memories about this caller's name.
His eyes scanned his entire car once again and found nothing, until he looked at the charger plug of his phone, where he found a teeny tiny USB plug plugged into his phone.
Until he found an answer.
With all his might, he opened the car window and built momentum with his arms with the intention of throwing his phone towards the cliff.
But before his phone could even leave the window, he felt it heating up on his fingers.
(There really is no longer any hope for me even if i tried, in front of you-)
"Sir Hussein"
After declaring the name of the villainous caller, his phone exploded on his hands and his face got recoiled by the explosion so powerful that the pressure and flames stared engulfing the whole entire car.
As this was all happening, with what was left of his senses, he could faintly hear the caller's voice laughing as he was being burnt alive and torn apart by the explosion.
In just a matter of seconds, the car he was in exploded and was sent tumbling down the cliff with the rest of its' and the cliff's debris, as it all plummets towards the ground below.
And that was the ending of his life as a newly-renowned scientist that won the Nobel Prize just a day after, how unfortunate.
