Chapter 32 - Face Off With The Vortans II

Asteroid Belt Area B-570, in the hangar of Flagship Ares.

At this moment, Ethan is sitting in the mecha's cockpit.

"Commander, the Fleet, and the Mecha units have been deployed, now waiting for the fish to enter the net."

"Okay, then I should set off too. Wait for my signal!"

"Commander, I would like to advise you, just let Zack lead the team, you don't need to take the risk!"

"Williams, I don't think you know who I am?"

"Commander?"

"I prefer spearheading the frontline with my team, rather than sitting on the command chair issuing commands from the rear".

"Anyways, just follow my plan, you don't have to worry about the rest!"

"Roger Sir!"

After ending the short chat with Williams, Ethan took a deep breath.

'Xue'er, here I come!'

"All attack!" Ethan ordered.

"Roger Sir!"

Through electromagnetic ejection, Ethan took the lead and ejected from the ship, followed by Zack with the other 298 Mechas, who also ejected one by one and followed in the direction he was going!

Half an hour later, a Fleet appeared between Area B-570 and B-588, it was the transport Fleet of the Ninth Prince, which was currently moving in the direction of Area B-590.

"Reporting, this is Stealth Ship 007, enemy traces have been detected, and are entering Area B-588 from Area B-570."

"Roger, continue to monitor."

"Understood!"

At the same time, inside the transport ship, Chen Xue felt the pendant on her chest vibrate and her eyes snapped open, remembering something, and then, two lines of tears crossed her beautiful cheeks!

This pendant was asked to be made by Ethan and it was a pair, they both carried one each.

And, naturally, this thing also has a tracking function, which is why the enemy's route is so clear.

"Heh, our Big Beauty is crying, don't worry, I'll make sure to make love and satisfy you when we get to Gaia!"

'Humph, you don't have a chance!' Chen Xue thought in her heart, ignoring Gregory.

Meanwhile, inside the cockpit of the mecha. Ethan tightened his grip on the control sticks, his mecha's systems humming to life. The neural interface connected his thoughts with the machine's movements, making it an extension of himself. With a deep breath, he initiated the pre-assault checks, watching as his HUD displayed critical information about the transport fleet's layout.

"Team, move out!" Ethan's voice rang out, echoing across the channel as the mechas surged forward. The fleet's exterior shimmered with an eerie luminescence, an unmistakable sign of Gregory's tampering with advanced Vortan technology. The mechas advanced in a precise formation, each step bringing them closer to their objective.

As the team closed in, enemy defenses sprang to life. Blazing energy beams lanced through the void, narrowly missing Ethan's mecha as he weaved through the onslaught. The shimmering shields of his comrades flickered and held, a testament to their skilled piloting. Explosions rocked the fleet as plasma bursts and missiles found their marks, creating a chaotic dance of destruction.

...

Inside the transport ship, Gregory was still fantasizing about Chen Xue.

"Boom!"

Suddenly, everyone saw outside the observation window countless energy bullets, and several Warships were destroyed.

This scene was all too familiar to the Fifth Prince, this was the same as the scene when he was in Kush's Fleet!

"What's going on?"

The Prince immediately contacted the pilot of the transport ship!

"Your Highness, a human fleet has appeared on the flank of our ship, numbering 145 ships!"

"It's only a bit over 100 ships, can you not take them out?!"

"Your Highness, this is a transport ship with minimal firepower, we can't deal any real damage" the pilot replied.

"Very well, activate defense mechanism, and begin to charge the ion blasters"

"Roger!"

Gregory on the other hand was ordering his comrades too, preparing to face off with the 1st mixed fleet.

....

Ethan's mind raced as he analyzed the situation. A holographic projection of the fleet's interior appeared on his HUD, revealing the location of the Vortan prince and Chen Xue. His mecha veered towards the designated docking bay, a pair of sleek doors at his entry point.

"Form up, team! We breach in thirty seconds," Ethan commanded. The mechas synchronized their movements, their sleek forms slicing through the vacuum of space with practiced precision. At zero seconds, they slammed into the doors, breaching the hull with a series of controlled explosions.

Inside, chaos reigned. Gregory's comrades fought to repel the mecha assault, but the 299-strong team was relentless. Ethan's mecha whirled through the fray, precision strikes from its plasma cannons felling enemy combatants with deadly accuracy. He caught sight of Chen Xue, her crimson uniform a beacon amidst the chaos.

The air on the transport ship hung heavy with tension as Ethan's 299 mecha team and Gregory's formidable comrades squared off. The metallic clang of mecha limbs reverberated through the vast hangar, each echoes a testament to the impending clash.

Ethan's heart raced within the cockpit of his sleek, crimson mecha. He gripped the control handles, his fingers tight with determination. "Team, stay focused! We've trained for this."

Gregory's comrades, clad in black and silver armor, formed a tight formation on the opposite end of the hangar. Their leader, the right-hand man of Gregory, a tall and imposing figure named Nathan, stepped forward, his voice dripping with disdain. "Ethan, surrender now, and we might spare your lives."

Ethan's eyes narrowed. "We didn't come all this way to surrender, Nathan."

With a roar, both sides lunged into action. Mechas charged forward, their weapons blazing with energy. Laser beams streaked across the space, narrowly missing their targets. The hangar became a battleground, filled with the explosive symphony of combat.

Ethan's mecha dodged and weaved, his reflexes honed from years of training. He fired his plasma cannons, sending searing bolts of energy toward his adversaries. The clash of metal and sparks filled the air as mechas collided, each blow resonating like thunder.

Gregory's comrades fought with ruthless precision. Mei-Lin, a nimble pilot with unparalleled agility, danced through the chaos, her twin blades slicing through enemy mechas with deadly grace.

Ethan's team fought valiantly, each member showcasing their unique skills. Aria's mecha transformed into a swift airborne mode, raining down fire from above. Liam's mecha emitted powerful shockwaves, knocking enemies off balance. Maya's mecha projected holographic decoys, confusing and disorienting the opposition. And Zack, a towering behemoth of a mecha, barreled through the fray, his colossal fists pulverizing anything in their path.

As the battle raged on, Ethan's determination only grew stronger. He locked onto Viktor's mecha, his eyes burning with resolve. "It ends here, Nathan!"

Nathan's laughter echoed through the comm channel. "You're too naive, Ethan. You think you can defeat us?"

Ethan's mecha charged forward, his plasma swords clashing against Nathan's energy shield. The impact sent shockwaves rippling through the hangar, causing debris to rain down around them.

Their fight was fierce and unrelenting. Mecha parts littered the floor, and the hangar's walls bore scars from the intense combat. With a final surge of strength, Ethan's mecha shattered Nathan's shield and drove its blades into the enemy mecha's core.

Silence fell upon the hangar as Nathan's mecha crumbled to the ground, defeated. The remaining members of Gregory's team, battered and disheartened, surrendered one by one.

As alarms blared and the ship's systems began to stabilize, Ethan's voice cut through the chaos. "Patch in transmission to Gregory. Let him know that he can't escape, he should surrender with the prince."
