Parish turned around but found no one. He was certain he had heard someone call him, more like a call to his soul. It had come out as a whisper so close to his ears that he had stiffened. Or maybe it was not. Otherwise why would there be no one present?
He quickly left the hall and headed to his room. That smell! He sniffed in the air to only find out he was the one producing the foul smell. He definitely needed to clean himself, those humans looked to him with disgust because of the foul smell emitting from him. Those humans seemed to call it a 'bath' What was that in the first place? He was used to soaking himself in the dirt to get clean but he was human now and he needed to act like one.
